Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmals buchen, da für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht passte.
Pros:

Das Personal war mehrheitlich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Es gab viel Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen.
Die Umgebung an sich beim Hotel war wunderschön und auch die Pools waren gerade für uns mit Kind sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant müsste besser geschult werden. Gerade wenn man den Kaffee am Morgen bei ihnen bestellen soll, dann müssen sie viel schneller vor Ort sein. Ihnen sollte auffallen, dass zb das Salz auf dem Tisch fehlt oder dass das Kind einen Kinderstuhl benötigt.
Ausserdem finde ich, dass wenn man asiatische Köche einstellt, nicht erwarten kann, dass sie die Gerichte so kochen, wie wir sie kennen und lieben. Vieles konnte man schon essen, aber so richtig lecker fand ich gar nichts. Beim Frühstück könnte man auf hochwertigere Produkte setzen anstatt zb die Marmelade nur aus den Plastikverpackungen anzubieten. Also insgesamt waren wir von der Verpflegung wirklich sehr enttäuscht. Ich persönlich konnte es kaum abwarten endlich nach Hause zu gehen.
Zudem muss ich leider sagen, dass die Sauberkeit im Zimmer aber auch im Restaurant auch nicht top war. Die Salz- und Pfeffersträuer waren teilweise voll von Essensresten (zb Tomatensauce) und auch im Zimmer fand ich sowohl auf als auch unter dem Bett irgendwelche Krümel, Haare,…

Cons:

Osim sto postoji samo jedna punilica za elektrik cars. Punjenje nije organizovan. Po neko ostane 24h na punilici dok drugi cekaju, intervenisu kod osoblja i naravno nerviraju se

Alles in allem wieder ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist erstklassig, das Personal überaus freundlich, Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr geräumig, Ausstattung zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch ansprechend. Die Poollandschaft mit einem Süß- und einem Salzwasserpool ist top

Cons:

Das Angebot beim Buffett hat über die Jahre etwas nachgelassen, die vorhandenen Speisen sind aber sehr gut. Leider sind die Speisen trotz der sehr zahlreichen deutschsprachigen Gäste nicht in deutsch und zum Teil in sehr winziger Schrift angeschrieben

Все сподобалось. Спершу готель обирався як місце для ночівлі і відпочинку в дорозі між локаціями, але настільки сподобалось, що залишились на декілька днів. Обслуговування, харчування, розташування, сервіс, море - ну просто в саме серце!

Pros:

Hotel je odličan ima dosta sadržaja, jako puno prostora i zelenila i mjesta za šetnju. Hrana je odlična kao i uređenost objekta i bazena.

Cons:

Kod večere nema ni vode gratis sva se pića plaćaju pa i voda.

Ok but far from amazing.
Pros:

Location is quite nice, close to the sea, great pools, lots of greenery etc but I feel this place has a lot to learn to compete with international standard, especially when it comes to service.

Many of the people working here are utterly unprofessional and lots of young people without real experience in service sector. First day they refused to give us towels by the pool !!?? And we got told off in a very rude way for bringing drinks to our sun beds even though we asked the pool bar staff if it was ok.

People are also reserving sun beds first thing in the morning, then leave for breakfast and whatnot. There are barely any sunbeds available!

Pool bar is under staffed so you have to wait in line and people do not always respect waiting in line.

Some staff were amazing on the other hand, the older ones with experience, like Marinko at the breakast buffé.

Not sure if I will visit again. The area and surroundings kind of makes up for it but Parentium really really needs to step up in terms of quality of service.
