Perfektes Stadthotel
Pros:

Tolles Stadthotel an perfekter Lage! Wir waren in einem angebauten Neubau untergebracht und wohl in dieser Woche gleichzeitig das grosse Stadtfest von Karlskrona stattfand, waren die Zimmer absolut ruhig. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in gewohnter Art und Weise, wie man es in dieser Klasse erwarten kann, mit Aussensitzplätze mit Sicht auf den Hafen. Hotel sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Parkplätze genügend vorhanden, diese müssen allerdings via eine App bezahlt werden.

Cons:

Personal am Empfang etwas kurz angebunden...aber he; jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag.

Hervorragendes Frühstück, auch mit lactosefreien Produkten und Kaffee mit lactosefreier Milch.
(Bitte am Kaffeeautomaten notieren).
Lage sehr schön am Wasser.
Sehr schönes Ambiente, tolle Einrichtung, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist zu hoch eingestellt. Es war zu kalt im Zimmer und hat gezogen.
Bindehautentzündung am nächten Tag. Man konnte sie im Zimmer nicht ohne Techniker ausstellen.
Techniker war nicht im Haus.

Hotellet var väldigt fräscht.

Cons:

Stor och fin frukost, bra, men väldigt mycket folk, då blev det rörigt. Retade mig på att under frukosten dukades borden inte av, blev väldigt många icke avdukade bord, inte alls trevligt för gäster som kom efter kl.9. Mer och fler alerta i servicen . Tycker att det blev en verkligt DÅLIG UPPLEVELSE.
