mala relación precio calidad, pileta climatizada baja temperatura
La ubicacion, la atención del personal muy amables
Incomodas las puertas del baño y la habitación. La ubicacion de garage y la piscina. Faltaria musica para hambientar la zona de piscina hay ruido de motores.
The remodeled/executive room (matrimonial) are best. However the pictures that are posted on the app are deceiving and you can end up on a less pleasing or not remodeled room.
The entrance keys to the room are tricky and it takes several attempts to get the door to unlock. Also there was a foul odor coming off the sink by the bathroom. It was ver unpleasant. The hotel has done a great job remodeling rooms 103 and 104. They are called the executive rooms or so. But beware that you may end up at a room not remodeled and an ugly eye sore of a water tank above the kitchen counter top and that would run out of hot water and not enough for 2 guest.

Viajamos desde la ciudad de Mendoza. Año anterior había una oficina de recepción, los chicos muy amables. La noche que llegamos(alrededor 21,30 hs) después de un viaje muy complicado debido a la torrencial lluvia durante casi todo el camino, nos encontramos puerta principal cerrada y no podíamos ingresar- Debido a que la lluvia continuaba, por lógica nos estábamos mojando , tampoco hay un timbre o llamador, hasta que apareció un caballero y nos hiso ingresar. Muy informal todo, medio a oscura nos tomaron los datos. Cuando nos retiramos después de disfrutar un muy rico desayuno, debimos esperar a que un caballero, que nunca supimos si pertenecía al hotel o era un NN terminara de dar explicaciones a un presunto turistas de como recorrer tal o cual ruta, cuando nosotros solo teníamos que decirle que nos retirábamos, fuimos ignorados hasta que se digno escucharnos. Todo esto siembre muy por debajo de como se atiende a un pasajero en cualquier recepción de hoteles de categoría. Somos de viajar permanentemente ya que nuestra familia vive en San Rafael. Debíamos elegir entre volver a vuestro hotel o ir al Tower, Creo, esta vez nos equivocamos.

Habitación grande, buen colchón, luminosa, buena ubicación. Desayuno muy bueno.
No contaba con los elementos de un apartamento para cocinar, al otro día me acerque a la administración y me dijeron que debía pedirlos a la misma. No me avisaron que la pileta estaba en refacciones. Yo lo elegí exclusivamente por la pileta climatizada
