Our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel is located really close to the beach and a few steps from the main street where you can find anything you may need. At the same time it's still far enough to not be bothered by the loud sounds of nightlife and crowded areas. If you wish to get to the hotel by bus - the bus stop is max 500ish meters away and if you need an airport transfer, they'll help you with everything. The beach is just across the street, although if you're looking for a sandy beach you may need to take a short walk. The place is clean, room service is provided daily also the pool is being checked and cleaned regularly. The room is fully eqipped and very spacious - you can find all kitchen utilities, the iron (with ironing board), drying rack and many more. Whole area is very well organized - on the hotel area there is a garden when you can sit outside and enjoy a breakfast or coffee (we loved that board games were available for guests!). The area outside the apartament by the pool is also huge and perfectly arranged with many places to relax depending on your needs. The hosts will help you with anything you may need. And at last but definitely not least (what we have found truly exceptional) this is a family hotel and the stuff is extremely friendly and kind - you really DO feel welcomed and the atmosphere is just awesome! 10/10 would recommend!

An absolutely amazing apartment with great amenities and a lot of shops/ bars restaurants around the area that were really accessible! I would recommend anyone thinking of staying here to go ahead and book. Aris and the team are great and will help you out with anything you require. I would stay here again 100%

The hotel is in a very good location, just 50 meters from the main street. It's situated in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and the bus stop. You can easily walk to the nearest villages. The hotel itself is impressively clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff is exceptionally responsive and incredibly kind.
One highlight was the delicious breakfast served. Additionally, the hotel offers affordable car rental services, which made our exploration of the area much more convenient. The presence of a private pool was a great bonus, providing relaxation options on-site. We're looking forward to returning as soon as possible and will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others. It was a wonderful experience!
The most exceptional thing was that the owner, Aristotel, helped us with organising a private engagement ceremony in the most wonderful and intimate church in Hersonissos, and that meant more than anything for us, we felt as part of a family. For this wonderful gesture, not a thousand thank yous can express our appreciation!

Breakfast was good, room was clean, fridge on the hallway/kitchen doesn't have noise, bed was comfortable, AC can be run when not in the room. Staff was great and breakfast sitting areas are nice: 1 inside & 2 outside.

Great location, excellent staff. They were very kind and welcoming and quickly managed all our special requests. I strongly recommend Voula Hotel to anyone who is going to visit this part of Greece, you will have a great time around 🙂

Ottima camera, l'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima in quanto sul corso di hersonisson. La camera era pulita e presentava tutti i confort necessari.

Dette hotellet har en fantastisk fin atmosfære og service, som virkelig får deg til å føle deg velkommen. Hotellet har nyoppussede rom i 2015 og ligger tilbaketrukket i en sidegate med egen koselig utehage, men allikevel sentralt med kort avstand til butikker, restauranter og strand.
Har du leiebil, så ordner hotellet med parkering. Hvis ikke, så kan de tilby transport til/fra Chania flyplass. Kjempeservice!

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Strand und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße eine Straße entfernt vom Trubel der Hauptstraße.
Es reicht, wenn man die Hauptstraße meidet, dann ist es gleich ruhig. Man hat auch nur 5 Minuten zum Strand.

Der Hotelbesitzer sieht aus wie George Clooney und ist sehr, sehr nett und kümmert sich liebevoll um seine Gäste.

Klimaanlage dazubuchen empfiehlt sich, da so die Schnaken wegbleiben. Ohne Klimaanlage hat man sofort gefühlte 30°C im Zimmer und es kühlt nachts sowieso nicht ab, keine Chance. Also besser die 6€ pro Tag investieren.

Frühstück ist sehr gut und man sitzt im freien in einer schönen Gartenanlage. Verständigung ist kein Problem.

Das Hotel Voula befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße des Ortes, und dennoch nicht weit von Strand, Promenade und Einkaufsstraße entfernt.
Man fühlt sich in diesem Hotel wie “zu Hause“ angekommen. Die Inhaber des Hauses Aristoteles und Athena kümmerten sich vorbildlich um die Gäste und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und Wünsche.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren fast ausschließlich sehr nette norwegische Stammgäste im Hotel.
Erstaunlich für ein so kleines Hotel, das die Inhaber mehrere Fremdsprachen beherrschen wie Deutsch, Englisch und Norwegisch, was natürlich die Konversation in der Muttersprache für den Gast wesentlich vereinfachte.
Unser Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und kleinem Fernseher (Griechische Programme) bestückt, war einfach und sauber, die Liegequalität der Betten sehr gut, und außerdem mit einen sehr großen Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick ausgestattet.
Bei den für Ende Mai doch sehr hohen Temperaturen bis 33°C genossen wir unser reichhaltiges Frühstück im Hotelgarten unter einem Zitronenbaum, wo wir dann abends den Tag noch bei netten Gesprächen mit Athena oder anderen Gästen bei Bier und Wein ausklingen ließen.
Rundherum eine sehr gut getroffene Entscheidung im Voula unseren Urlaub zu buchen.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
