Please note that bed linen is changed once a week, and towels are changed twice a week.

Ha sido un fin de semana genial, las instalaciones, el desayuno, la cena. El equipo de animación es genial, gracias a todos los chicos, lo hemos pasado súper bien

Lo único que podría decir, es que no hizo muy buen tiempo, por lo que se usaba más la piscina cubierta. Y bajando a la hora de apertura ya estaba completa, por lo que había que esperar a que se vaciara un poco. En alguna ocasión tampoco nos dejaron entrar a la sauna al estar en el mismo recinto.

Les matelas à ressort pas confortable du tout.
L'obligation du bonnet de bain dans la piscine intérieur.
La cuisine se ressemble beaucoup tout les jours.
Les terrasses au derrière étage ne sont pas couvertes quand il pleut vos vêtements sur le sèche linge sont tous mouillés.
Ce qui m'a vraiment surpris c'est la boisson payante lors du dîner et en plus c'est de l'eau du robinet 2 euros la bouteille, ce que je n'ai jamais vu dans un autre hôtel même en demi pension et il vous interdise de ramener votre bouteille d'eau, il vous font acheter une bouteille vide verte a la réception pour la remplir d'eau du robinet, l'eau c'est la base, le minimum c'est que l'eau du robinet soit gratuite et que les vrai bouteilles d'eau soit payante

General bien
Pros:

El hotel en general está bastante bien, pensado en gran parte para niños. En general la estancia es buena.

Cons:

Varios temas a tener en cuenta. Un buffet donde hay que pagar por el agua me parece un poco cutre, el agua debería de ser gratis.
Por otro lado, un hotel de 400 habitaciones que tenga 40 plazas de parking, es ridículo. Ahora mismo en la fecha que nosotros hemos estado, fuera de temporada alta en el puente de mayo, se puede aparcar en cualquier lado, pero cuando preguntas al personal te dicen en zona blanca; solo un chico de allí del hotel me comentó que a esta fecha se podía aparcar en cualquier lado.
