Please note that bed linen is changed once a week, and towels are changed twice a week.

Hotel prévu pour les enfants : salle de jeux, club piscines... Buffet très bien. Personnel aimable et serviable. Très bien dans l'ensemble!

Cons:

Isolation laisse à désirer, eau payante à table alors qu en libre service le reste de la journee..

First class resort for families in Salou
Pros:

fabulous resort in every way rooms food staff facilities if you have young children you would never have to leave the resort

Cons:

whilst our rooms were facing the pool I probably would ask for rooms overlooking the road as these are quiet as the music and activities dont finish until about 11pm

Hemos estado muchas veces en este hotel y la verdad es que fue extremadamente desagradable esta vez. Nos fuimos una noche antes de lo previsto, pedimos a booking devolver por lo menos la noche que no quedamos y el desayuno pero nos denegaron.
La piscina está abarrotada de gente. Había vidrio dentro y no quedaban tumbonas.
La cama era súper incómoda y el colchón hacía ruido.
El hotel al lado hace fiestas hasta tarde y a las 2 de la mañana de la primera noche alguien de nuestro hotel hasta gritó por la terraza para que se callaran ya que como nosotros no podían dormir.
El buffet era decepcionante.
En general muy mala experiencia que nos hizo marchar antes para no pasar otra noche como esta.
