Please note that bed linen is changed once a week, and towels are changed twice a week.

Poor cleaning service
Pros:

Food selection was great. Always able to get a sunbed.

Cons:

Pool didnt open until 10am. The room was cleaned once during our weeks stay. Even though we put the cleaning sign on the door daily. We had to collect clean towels ourselves from reception. Bins weren't emptied. Beds very uncomfortable, springs poking out, had to get a mattress topper to help. Quite dated decor.

Pros:

I love the facility! My family enjoyed it so much!

Cons:

Our room did not get cleaned during our stay. We were told that sheets are changed atleast once a week but it was never touched during our 5 days of stay at the hotel. But over all, we loved everything!

Good place for a families with small kids
Pros:

The hotel offers several different pool areas, which is great for families. We visited during the last week of May, so the water was still a bit cold. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable, featuring a large balcony with a nice sea view.

The pool can be a bit warmer

La limpieza y el personal es maravilloso.
Tener todo en un hotel y de buena calidad .

Cons:

Para nuestro gusto las camas eran demasiado duras.
Y creo que los espectáculos deberían estar aún más enfocados a los niños, por ejemplo hubo uno de magia, que fue mágico! Ningún niño se levantó de la silla, ya que estaban maravillados.

Staðsetningin góð og nóg að gera fyrir litla krakka. Ekki slagur um bekki á morgnanna

Listinn er langur. Pappírsþunnir veggir, ræktin hræðileg, dónalegt starfsfólk. Mér fannst skrítið hvernig öllum var stýrt á sama stað á sama tíma. Morgunnmatur 8-10, 10 sundlaug opnar, sundlaug lokar 19, allir í mat, 21 matur lokar og allir á skemmtisvæði 23:00 allir að sofa. Þannig að það var alltaf pakkað allstaðar alltaf!

Para pasar unos dias tranquillos con los niños esta genial, creo que repetiremos.
Pros:

Nos gusto mucho las piscinas y los 2 restaurantes. El buffet es impresionante la calidad, no hay mucha variedad pero si calidad.

Cons:

No me gusto la ubicación. Si quieres ir al centro de Salou tienes que coger el coche o si no el autobús que tiene parada al lado del hotel.
