We had a fantastic stay overall, two very happy kids. will come again.
Pros:

Pool facilities were fantastic plenty to do, it’s very family oriented hotel ideal for us 2 adults 2 kids, two bed comfort apartment was excellent and house keeping staff had fresh towels and the apartment spotless everyday. Staff at the reception were all lovely and the managers were super friendly and helpful. We did love our stay overall, it is a beautiful hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately the food is cold if paying for half board. This was included in the price on booking.com with this particular apartment.
Our Air conditioning wasn’t great.

Cap Salou отличное место для спокойного отдыха. Отличная кухня, красивая подача блюд и разнообразное питание.

Cons:

Уборка номеров, на балконе ни разу не мыли, а в номере вроде и убирали, но грязно. Хотя постельное белье и полотенца меняли часто.

perfect holiday
Pros:

we joined our grandkids a few days into their holiday and everything was brilliant they had a wonderful time and there were no complaints from any of the family

Cons:

the only thing slightly lacking was the number of shade umbrellas around the pool area as at the time of our visit temp got above 30 degrees possibly a few extra ones that could be moved to allow constant shade from the sun especially for the young children

LAS PISCINAS PARA LOS NIÑOS ESTÁN MUY BIEN, AUNQUE FALTAN HAMACAS.

NO ME INFORMARON SOBRE QUE SOLO HACÍAN LAS CAMAS UNA VEZ A LA SEMANA, EL MISMO DÍA QUE CAMBIABAN LAS SABANAS. EN CUANTO AL PERSONAL DE RECEPCIÓN Y DIRECCIÓN BASTANTE MAL, EN DOS OCASIONES BAJE A SOLICITAR ALGO E HICIERON CASO OMISO A MI PETICIÓN.
TUVIMOS 12H DE APAGÓN ELÉCTRICO Y SIN AGUA Y NO SUPIERON GESTIONARLO NADA BIEN, LLEGANDO A SER DESAGRADABLES, EN ESTE CASO EL JEFE DE MARKETING.

Perfect choice for families with kids.
Pros:

Good choice and great quality of food in the restaurant(buffet). Various pools and water-playgrounds for kids. Animators for kids and evening shows every day.

Cons:

Some facilities were a bit old(but in good conditions).
Some guests didn’t follow the rules of the hotel creating discomfort to others, and stuff simply ignored that.

Odeur dégoûtante à l’arrivée dans la chambre et sol pas propre après l’avoir signalé le frigo a était changé car c’est lui qui avais cette odeur par contre le sol ainsi que la baignoire et quelque détails n on pas était refait pas digne d’un 4* pour le ménage …

Super séjour dans le H10 Méditerranée salou
Pros:

Pour notre part, c’était la troisième séjour dans cet établissement, avec les deux piscines, la plage, le spectacle le soir, le personnel très agréable, professionnel et sympathique , le système de bracelet pour les chambres et pour payer les boissons à la piscine.

Cons:

Je trouve dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de nugets de poisson pour les enfants car pour certaines communautés comme nous les musulmans qui mangeons halal, le parking trop chers, l’eau payante pour le repas du soir.

Hotel Turístico
Pros:

El buffet del desayuno está genial con muchísimas opciones. La habitación estaba bien. 2 camas de 90 juntas y una cama supletoria para mi hija. La habitación tenía balcón con vistas a la piscina.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hace demasiado ruido. Al final como no hacía demasiado calor, dejamos la puerta del balcón abierta un poco para que entrase aire fresco.
El acceso con el coche es muy limitado. Si quieres estacionamiento tienes que pagar parking. Nosotros fuimos al final de temporada y pudimos aparcar en la calle de al lado, pero si vas en temporada alta hay que pagar sí o sí.
