Pros:

Удобное расположение отеля. До центральной улицы 10-15 минут пешком. Метро в 3х минутах.
В номере чисто, уютно. Есть чай, кофе, сливки, сахар, чайник и холодильник (маленький)
Чистая и просторная ванная, есть фен.
Ежедневная уборка номера.

Cons:

Вид на стройку.
Нужно было самостоятельно вводить кучу данных чтобы получить свою карточку к номеру. Не совсем удобная штука
