Muy bueno
La cama increíblemente confortable y las instalaciones, tanto el buffet como el resto, muy limpio y cercano.
Nuestro baño no olía bien, por los desagües.
Informamos a recepción y algo se arregló, pero al día siguiente olía igual. Supongo que es un problema general…

The hotel is located in an excellent area of Salou , it is very close to many various shops , pubs , restaurants and most are within easy walking distance to the hotel. Taxis & buses are plentiful and the tourist train passes by providing easy hop on & off travel. There are numerous excellent beaches nearby and the majority offer sunbeds and umbrellas. Reus airport is also a short drive away.
Some areas of Salou are very hilly and can be a challenge to get about if you want to take a walk . Do your homework and check out where you are staying in Salou.
Great location. Rooms are comfortable and modern, although the double bed being two singles pushed together isn’t ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful
The 9am queue and subsequent race for a lounger is tedious and embarrassing. To make matters worse, a large proportion of the loungers taken aren’t used for large parts of the day. Guests put their towels down at 9am and then leave, often not returning until the afternoon. Meanwhile there are guests by the pool without loungers for the day.
You must pay a deposit and also a daily charge for use of a kettle. I’ve never stayed in a 4 star hotel that had a system like this.
Telephone in the room did not work. This became an issue when the kettle did not arrive as there was no way to call and ask. Had to make several trips to reception instead.
This was our second stay at this hotel and the quality has declined to the point I would not return.

The pool was too small for the size of the hotel, you had to fight to get in
