Pros:

sijainti, yleinen siisteys, ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Cons:

Kylpyhuoneessa oli vahva virtsan haju, vaikka sitä siivottiin. Haju oli todella pistävä.
Meillä oli puolihoito, aamiainen ihan ok, mutta kasviksia vain kurkku ja haalean punaista tomaattia. Yhtenä aamuna jäävuorisalaatin silppua. Hedelmiä oli tarjolla ja yhtenä aamuna mansikoita. Muita tuoreita marjoja ei ollut.
Illallinen vähän laimea, suurin osa valmiista ruoasta oli 'kastikkeissa'. Kokki paistoi kalaa ja lihaa. Jäin kaipaamaan pelkkää pastaa, riisiä ja perunaa ilman kastikkeita. Kanaa ei saanut kokin paistamana, vaan se oli valmiina kastikkeissa.

Jälkiruoat illallispöydässä oli valmiskakkuja, jotka olivat ilmeisesti pakastimesta. Kaikki maistui samalle vetisella sokerille. Onneksi oli jäätelöä pikareissa.

Ruokalautaset korjattiin pöydästä niin nopeasti, ettei ehtinyt edes lautasta syödä tyhjäksi.

Disappointed I will not return and will not recommend and it would prevent me from booking H10 for future vacation.
Pros:

It was clean , comfortable and nice helpful staff.

Cons:

I did not think the food was to the same standard of H10 hotels that I stayed in previously. You would not be hungry or would you ever look forward to meal times. I felt a lot of the food was cheaper options, cold and tasteless. Good effort put into deserts.

Pros:

My partner and I booked a spontaneous trip for a long weekend and we just wanted somewhere clean to put our heads down and not far from the strip .
We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel on such short notice at a great price.
At 24 we were definitely the youngest people staying there, the age group was 60-80s but we didn’t mind it just meant peace and quiet and a clean place.
From the bar to the cleanness of the bathroom everything was top notch.
Loads of great restaurants and a five minute walk to the beach and there’s a supermarket right next door.
Hopefully we’ll be back next year if we get a good deal,
Couldn’t fault the place.
Also tv was great had Netflix and Disney we just had to sign in.
Also the cleaners were always smiling and friendly too!

Pros:

Staff were very friendly, plenty of sun loungers around the pool and activities to get involved with. It is possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in

Cons:

Roof top pool was a bit disappointing - also hotel bar closed at 11:30pm and guests were ushered out of the reception area - I could not understand why guests could not continue to use the lounge after the bar had closed.

Everything, Staff, room cleanliness,areas to have quiet moments. It was spotless. Staff were extremely helpful at all times. Only complaint is recorded below.

Cons:

Breakfast was adequate. However, dinner was a different story. Same bland cold food every night, a microwave is available, but it should not be necessary to heat dinner in order to be edible. Despite paying for half board we ate out several nights. Layout of food serving dishes needs to be addressed in order not to have to stretch across food. Some dishes were too high up, again needing stretching to reach. Considering , during our stay quite a number of guests had disability/mobility issues,this needs to be looked at.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel overall, gorgeous reception area and bar. Pool areas with waterfall and bridge were delightful and sun loungers with parasols very well maintained with a great pool bar. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, beds and pillows and we had a lovely big balcony which we loved. They were spotless and freshened up every morning. The restaurant was a great size with lovely decor and the dishes were collected continuously. There was a vast and delightful selection for breakfast and dinner was very well presented and a great selection. All the staff were so very welcoming and exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The evening entertainment was very welcome and great fun and Pepe was super with the fun inclusive games. Can’t praise the entire experience enough, thank you.

Cons:

Minor point smoking at front of the hotel was not great would be better having this else where away from where guests walk in and out.

Recepción muy atenta ya que nos dejamos un reloj y nos lo devolvieron al momento, llegamos tardeby el check-in fue muy ligero. La habitacion muy correcta y ambiente tranquilo, recomendable.

FABULOUS HOTEL
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and clean, very centrally located. Entertainment each evening was great. We were booked half board, and the food was very good, buffet breakfast and dinner. Pools were clean, and plenty of sun loungers were available. We checked in early as the room was ready at 11 am, and on check out as I flight was not until 11pm, and the hotel stored our luggage and were welcome to use the facilities all day, they gave us towels to shower before arranging our taxi to the airport. Amazing hotel, we loved everything.

Nice location and staff spoiled by airco and food quality
Pros:

Hotel was quiet, front desk staff were great, location was perfect

Cons:

I ordered fruit and wine to my room for my arrival it wasnt done, they eventually brought the wine (no fruit). Breakfast was all under heat lamps and not super fresh. dinner we tried once and was just low quality with limited options. Bathroom was not adequately cleaned before we arrived. Airco was promised but not delivered made the room and stay uncomfortable.
