Hotel Colonial is a very nice hotel right on the main square of Salta. The rooms are large, and they kindly upgraded us to a balcony room. We liked that it is an old building that has been restored and maintained well. The bed was comfortable so we slept pretty well. They provide all of the products in the bathroom and there is plenty of hot water. It was also really quiet even though its right on a street and the square. Breakfast was good, you could order scrambled eggs, else it was tons of pastries, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee as typical throughout Argentina. The lady running the breakfast room was efficient and kept all things well filled as they were consumed. Even just before ending time, the area was still fully stocked for any late eaters. There is an elevator, which helps a lot with getting luggage up to your room.
The AC struggled a bit, and we liked the idea of the ceiling fan, but it was unbalanced so too noisy for night time. Overall, its a great hotel in a great location.
Historisches Gebäude direkt am Hauptplatz mit vielen schönen Details: vom Aufzug bis zum Aufenthaltsraum im zweiten Stock. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein!
Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich, aber in unserem Fall war eines von beiden sehr klein. Alles im Haus hat deutliche Gebrauchsspuren- das muss man mögen, uns hat es nicht gestört.

Que por poner un precio con descuento me dieron la peor habitacion, con camas de media plaza. Imposible dormir.... y ponen de pretexto que es lo que indica la aplicacion, pero no es así, ponen fotos de dormitorios bonitos.
Old style ha un affascinano inusuale. Molto pulito in posizione eccellente sulla piazza centrale. Camera quadrupla spaziosa e letti comodi. Ottima a la colazione con la possibilità di richiedere uova preparate di fresco

La habitación estaba cercana al ascensor y el ruido de este era molesto en ciertos horarios

La ubicación es inmejorable, frente a la plaza principal y muy cerca de los principales lugares de interés, a los que se puede llegar caminando.
Excelente atención de todo el personal, siempre muy amables y predispuestos.
El hotel realmente hace honor a su nombre de “Colonial”: está reciclado con muy buen gusto, conservando el encanto y el estilo del lugar.
Nos alojamos en una habitación triple, que resultó ser realmente amplia, cómoda y muy agradable.
Sin dudas, una excelente opción para alojarse y disfrutar de la ciudad. ¡Muy recomendable!

Me fascinó el horario del desayuno y lo completo del mismo, los espacios estan muy bien preservados y la calidez del sitio muy linda tambien, aparte de lo bien ubicado del hotel.
El hotel es muy lindo, súper atentos y amables! Todas las noches nos dejaban la cama abierta con un bombón, una atención muy cordial. todo limpio y perfumado
Mejoraría el tamaño de la ducha porque salía un poco de agua para afuera, nada más!
