Velmi milí a ochotní mladí lidé jako personál a poloha v centru jsou jediná pozitiva tohoto hotelu.

Skvělý, ochotný, milý , mladý personál.

Cons:

Celý hotel je temná kobka. Čidla na světlo reagují pozdě, nebo vůbec, takže si při odemykání pokoje musíte svítit mobilem. Špinavé záclony, umytlaná okna, děravé povlečení a zaprášený přehoz přes postele. Zařízení a dekorace jako ve vetešnictví, tu zlatý list, tam umělý citron, jinde arabský koberec, nebo kožešina. Snídaně více než skromná, skoro až žalostná.

Pros:

Centralissimo, posizione veramente ottima per visitare il centro. Il birrificio è a 15 minuti a piedi. Camera comoda, letto ampio. Bagno spazioso e pulito con bidè. C'è un piccolo frigorifero in stanza che può tornare utile d'estate. C'è una bellissima e comoda vasca da bagno. Il giorno del check out ci hanno consentito l'accesso agli spazi comuni per tutto il giorno, quindi abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie e lo shopping per poter ancora godere della città senza ingombri. Personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

In bagno la luce era davvero fioca, senza la luce del sole ci si vede poco e ci sono pochi ganci per appendere asciugamani e beauty case. In camera le prese di corrente sono molto difficili da raggiungere (una dietro il letto, impossibile da usare, perché irraggiungibile) e altre chiuse da gommini adesivi, abbiamo dovuto staccare la tv per caricare il telefono. C'è un enorme tappeto che purtroppo non garantisce il massimo dell'igiene, sarebbe meglio toglierlo.

Celkově jsem byl velmi nespokojen, takový diskomfort jsem nikde jinde nezažil.

Snídaně ušla, byla na spodní hranici standardu.

Cons:

Hotel má na bookingu parkování, ale žádné vlastní nemá, to že lze zaparkovat ve městě neznamená, že má hotel parkování. Hotel nemá standardní toaletní papír, pouze mini ubrousky tenké jak pavučina, je to zdlouhavé, nepříjemné a extrémně diskomfortní. Jeden pokoj má lampičky, druhý ne, proč? V koupelně v rozích je špína, po podlaze běhá hmyz. Snídaně se podává v kameném sklepě pod budovou, ve vzduchu je cítit vlhkost a plíseň.
