Absolut nimic nu este de plăcut. E ceva mizerabil și foarte uzat.

Cons:

Proprietatea nu arată deloc ca în poze. Am luat camera Deluxe și nu are absolut nici o treabă cu pozele de pe site. Diferența e colosală. Camera este foarte mica, uzată și diferită de poze. Cred ca pozele atașate vor vorbi de la sine. Restaurantul este doar o bucătărie cu 6 mese și 3 tăvi din care poți alege ceva pentru micul dejun și anume omletă ouă prăjite cârnați. Care se termină oricum cu mult înaintea orei de final anunțată. Espressorul de cafea groaznic de murdar. Atașez poze.

La habitación maravillosa, excelente ubicación al lado del Castillo de Praga, desayuno Buffet fenomenal 💗, super amables pedí que me guardarán mi mochila por un día y ningún problema, se agradece cuando uno anda de viaje y sin auto, totalmente recomendado

балки, витражи, королевская кровать - волшебный дизайн! красивое место, для прогулок по рождественской Праге! очень хороший, вкусный, и обильный завтрак. два шага до центра, и тем не менее - тихо снаружи !

Cons:

звукоизоляция от соседей так себе, пришлось разбираться с консьержем, который в четыре утра взялся громко разговаривать по телефону, и не замолкад в течение часа, пока я не вылезла из теплой постели.. но меня "утешили" бутылкой вина! 🤪

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.
No attention to detail as one would expect from a 4* hotel. The coffee/tea-making facilities were a bit dismal for a ‘Superior’ room. The non-matching teaspoons have never met dish soap. The cups were put back badly washed (in the bathroom sink, one presumes).

Just lovely!
Pros:

My room (just a superior room) was the prettiest room I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were all lovely, and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I stayed for my birthday, and the staff noticed and on my birthday morning they made me a special breakfast. I felt like a princess! Just an all round lovely experience

Boa localização, café da manhã divino com ótimo horário, amenidades repostas todos os dias, roupa de cama confortável, travesseiros grandes e o hotel em si já é uma experiência. Lindo, cheiroso e parece que você está voltando no tempo com a beleza dos halls e vitrais. Aquecimento maravilhoso.

Cons:

A localização é muito boa, embora tenha uma ladeira para subir até chegar a hospedagem. Se precisar usar o transporte público, uma boa alternativa é chegar pela parada de pohorolec e não pela malantrenská namestie, como o hotel indica como a estação de transporte mais próxima.

Lovely hotel but poor customer service
Pros:

Lovely old world hotel in a nice quiet part of town. Rooms were clean, due to the old nature of the building we did find our room quite noisy at times. We upgraded to the junior suite and I kind of wish we hadn’t as it was above reception. Breakfast was nice.

The only reason for the four stars was the incredibly unfriendly staff. We felt really quite unwanted. The receptionist could barely speak to us. When we came down for breakfast no one told us how it worked etc, so we just started making our own coffee. The young chef was quite pleasant and offered fresher eggs etc.

This hotel could be perfect but the staff really let it down in my opinion. It doesn’t take much to say hello and goodbye. One evening we dropped the key at reception and she didn’t even look up to acknowledge us.
