Pros:

The room was the perfect size and we had a really nice & comfortable stay. We landed here in the middle of the night from the airport. The breakfast was awesome. The hotel is ideally located in the middle of the city.

Cons:

Lunch service was mediocre. Other than this everything was really good.

Cons:

Balcony was mess with birds shit which me and family were unable to step into it. Kindly cover the entire balcony are in order to avoid such incidents.

A class act
Pros:

Flawless service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The front desk staff were superb - professionally conversational and keen to help with any questions we had. Excellent breakfast range and fresh - it was always a great start to the day. I’d definitely stay here again when I am next in Bangalore.
