Pros:

They arranged special African dance show that was awesome and room was good and it close to public beach my family enjoyed stay and beach and as well food

Les photos ne correspondent pas a la réalité des chambres et des équipements. Ce n'est pas un hôtel 3 étoiles.
On n'a pas eu la chambre réservée pour 4....
C'est une chambre pour 2....
Booking doit également revoir l'harmonisation des chambres a l'étranger.

Le buffet complet et varié chaque soir et de qualité.
Le cadre de l hôtel très beau hall et belle terrasse.

Cons:

Le système carte des chambres à revoir très défaillant.
L hôtel mérite une revonation un peu vieillot.
La piscine est très petite.
Le personnel est certes très aimable mais pas très réactif ou oublié carêment les doléances des clients.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of flic-en-flac
Pros:

A lovely hotel that is well situated. A very welcoming open plan reception area. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is where you experience the real Mauritius with the wonderful flic-en-flac beach, busy streets and endless eateries surrounding the hotel. I enjoyed the swimming pool and gym with a view. This was definitely not my last stay at Aanari Hotel and Spa.

Pros:

Un séjour très agréable du début à la fin.
Le personnel a été exceptionnellement accueillant, chaleureux et toujours disponible, de jour comme de nuit. Leur sourire et leur efficacité ont vraiment fait la différence.
J'ai particulièrement apprécié la proximité avec la plage, le calme des lieux ainsi que le cadre reposant de l’hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable, avec un magnifique balcon offrant une très belle vue sur la plage.

Cons:

Petit détail à améliorer : la porte de la salle de bain était parfois un peu difficile à ouvrir, mais cela n’a en rien gâché mon expérience.

Ubytovanie primerané k cene.
Pros:

Dobrá lokalita hotela kúsok od pláže Flic en Flac. Hotel pekný, udržiavaný, krásna záhrada s množstvom rastlín, kvetov a spievajúcich vtákov, veľa možností na posedenie a oddych v chládku pod palmami. Jedáleň aj vnútorná s klímou, aj s vonkajšou možnosťou stolovania v záhrade. Raňajky aj večere formou švédskych stolov boli dobré, veľký výber, aj lokálne špeciality. Izba veľká, priestranná, zariadená jednoduchým už starším nábytkom, postele trochu preležané, postelné prádlo čisté, tiež chladnička na izbe.. Kúpeľňa čistá, denné upratovanie. Bolo aj fitnes + bazén, ale nevyskúšala som ani jedno. Neďaleko autobusová zastávka, v okolí hotela malé obchody a reštaurácie.

Cons:

Od druhého dňa môjho pobytu prestala fungovať klíma, ani mi ju do odchodu neopravili. Vo vani pri sprchovaní neodtekala voda. V sprche sa nedala dobre nastaviť teplota vody, v umývadle tiekla len studená voda. Výhľad z izby na zrúcanisko. Na pláž bol prístup cez frekventovanú cestu.

Great location, good value, lovely staff, but not very comfortable and facilities limited.
Pros:

Location was great and the staff were brilliant

Cons:

The bed was hard, not enough pillows. Breakfast wasn’t great and not enough sun beds.
