Cons:

Il cottage è piccolo per quattro persone. Sul soppalco dormi con la faccia a pochi centimetri dal tetto, la scale è molto ripida. Non c’è posto per aprire tutte le valigie insieme.

Pros:

The rooms were cozy and had nice options for storing/accessing luggage. The bed was very comfy and the outdoor hot tub was a treat. Staff were welcoming and helpful. It was also super that they prepped sandwiches to go for an early airport departure. Thanks for a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Étape insolite entre Reykjavik et Keflavík

Caractère insolite de l’ameublement et grande recherche d’objets en raisonnance avec l’époque viking pour la décoration des espaces communs. Incroyable restaurant aménagé comme un drakkars et une taverne d’époque. Présence d’un agréable coin avec hôtel tub et sauna à l’extérieur

Cons:

L’ hébergement de luxe supérieur n’est en fait qu’une chambre triple d’où l’on aperçoit un bout du port. Route très passante à proximité jusqu’à minuit. La baignoire est ultra glissante et nous avons failli nous y faire mal plusieurs fois

Make sure if you stay here you stay in the new bit they are building on. it a few months behind.
Pros:

we did not take breakfast but staff very good and gave us a sandwich each at 4am.
restaurant very good.

Cons:

no soap in the room and when we asked for some did not get any. Our room was close to the laundry room. Very noisy. We has to go ask them to stop slamming the door all the time.

Dommage, concept sympathique (thème Viking), mais pas les capacités pour tant de monde.
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique.
Au début de notre périple en Islande, nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel fin juillet et nous avions eu d'autres chambres, moins mal équipées.

Cons:

Vraiment trop petit espace, impossible d'ouvrir deux valises en même temps!
Douche mal installée, défectueuse, l'eau ne peut pas s'écouler (la nuit n'a pas suffi!).

Bel hôtel viking
Pros:

L'hôtel joue la carte viking à fond, c'est drôle et immersif. En plein travaux d'agrandissement nous avons été logé dans le nouveau bâtiment, superbe chambre moderne, salle de bain incroyable. Le petit déjeuner très correct également.

Cons:

La queue le jour du check in. Trop de monde et pas assez de personnel d'accueil. Ils n'ont pas encore pris en compte l'agrandissement dans le nb de personnel pour accueillir les clients.

Shame about the room as location was amazing.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the rooms!
Ours was a standard double but was like a shoebox.
Tiny bathroom. Shower leaked all over the floor.
Bed up against the wall with wooden separation down the middle which was very uncomfortable.
Walls extremely thin so could hear neighbours going to the bathroom.
Single glazed windows so could hear people leaving throughout the night.
Such a shame as the pictures on Booking.com were obviously for different rooms.
