Fantastic place to stay and convenient to driving around this part of the beautiful countryside.
Pros:

This was a great place to stay as a family of four. We stayed in one of the little cabins which was clean, pleasant, and with a fun loft! Breakfast food at the hotel was a great way to start the day.

Cons:

Nothing - it was great!

Pros:

The hotel’s decoration and Viking village concept are great and create a unique atmosphere. The restaurant was also very good, with tasty food and a pleasant dining experience.

Cons:

The rooms are in need of renovation, as they feel outdated. Unfortunately, there was also a strong unpleasant smell coming from the canalization system in the room, which affected the overall stay.

Quirky decor, but pretty fun. Small rooms.
Pros:

Great food at the restaurant, but expensive, per Iceland pricing. Restaurant had lovely little nooks to sit in upstairs to enjoy a quiet drink. Breakfast was quite good. Nice sauna and hot tub in a natural setting.

Cons:

Room was very small with bed against the wall and bathroom was tight.
