La ubicacion, el tamaño del apartamento, el personal… en fin, todo!

Cons:

Solo por decir algo, el precio del desayuno, 24€ por persona, es algo elevado teniendo en cuenta que es escaso.

Das Hotel beeindruckt durch sein modernes Design und stilvolles Foyer. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, mit einer U-Bahn-Station in der Nähe, was das Erkunden der Stadt sehr einfach macht. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels wird man von angenehmer Musik empfangen und das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass Heizung und warme Handtuchhalter funktionierten – sehr komfortabel. Die Zimmerausstattung ist durchdacht: ein Kühlschrank, ein Wasserkocher, sowie ein extra Kinderzimmer mit Fernseher runden den Aufenthalt ab. Die Sitzecke ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Kronleuchter verleihen dem Raum eine elegante, warme Atmosphäre. beim Rezeption Kaffee und Wasser zur freien Entnahme

Insgesamt ein stilvolles Hotel mit liebevollen Details und ausgezeichnetem Service – sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Lift war leider kaputt am letzten Tag.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um Wien zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Es gibt in der Lobby rund um die Uhr kostenfreien Kaffee und Wasser.

Cons:

Für die Übernachtungsrate hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet, was Ausstattung und Komfort betrifft.
Die Zimmer werden nur auf Anfrage gereinigt, leider hat aber auch unsere Anfrage nicht zu einer Reinigung geführt.

We enjoyed a lot staying at Living Hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was perfect and delicious, it was really a very good start for us for the day. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the room decoration, bathroom size. The location was very good. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed a lot staying at the hotel and would prefer staying at other Living hotels in the other locations in our future travels.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zur Kultur und zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Pros:

Kleines aber sehr feines Frühstück. Parkgarage gegenüber ist teuer aber empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Breite der Betten würde 20 cm mehr vertragen.

A brilliant option for accommodation in the centre
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly, helping us to celebrate a special occasion! Also the location is perfect, barely a 5 minute walk to get to the Opera House and with stairs down to the subway just outside. Really lovely building with plentiful coffee available from the downstairs machine at no extra charge and the rooms were clean and very spacious with all of the conveniences we needed
