Location is fabulous, easy walk into all the main attractions and close to Spar Goumet for getting snacks. The rooms are huge and pretty, and the air conditioning is a split system so works really well and stays cold, which was wonderful during the heat wave. Free coffee and sparkling water in the beautiful sitting area was a bonus too

Cons:

Room cleaning is only upon request and you have to remember to ask for it the day before, annoying when you want a fresh room, for the price you wouldn’t expect this. The curtains didn’t cover the windows properly, massive gaps causing light to come in in the early mornings, no room service which I didn’t realise either. The bed was pretty hard which seems to be common across Europe, and the doonas are weird and tiny where they’re folded on top of the bed and don’t cover the whole bed. TV was removed from in front of the bed and only in the sitting area.

Cons:

Asansör küçük olduğu ve bir kaç merdiven çıkarak ulaşabildiğiniz için kullanımda zorlandık.Tesisin de biraz eski olduğunu hissediyorsunuz ancak bizim için sıkıntı değildi.

Location couldn’t be better for museums and galleries ,overall a nice hotel ,free coffee and water in the lobby and the apartments with kitchenette are very handy if you fancy a change from restaurant food.

Elegantes Hotel in zentraler, verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Sehr zentrale Lage, historisches Ambiente, sehr bequeme Betten, viel Platz in Bad und Zimmer und köstliches Frühstück!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war extrem kalt eingestellt (auf 18 Grad bei 39 Grad Außentemperatur) und konnte von uns nicht verstellt werden. Hatten keine Zeit, um an der Rezeption um Hilfe zu bitten, und haben die AC deshalb einfach ausgeschaltet. Eine Anleitung im Zimmer, wie man die Temperatur regeln kann, wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Замечательный отдых в Вене
Pros:

Гостиница находится в великолепном месте , к любой достопримечательности или пешком не более 10 минут , или если что то не в центре , то весь общественный транспорт метро , автобус, трамвай в минуте хотьбы от гостиницы. Мы брали двухместный номер с завтраком. Номер достаточно удобный на пару . Двухспальная кровать, удобный матрас и неплохие подушки . Кровать отделена простенком , что добавляет ночного уюта . С другой стороны простенка двухместный диванчик , столик , торшер и телевизор - небольшая но достаточная для двоих зона отдыха . Между входной дверью и комнатой коридорчик - там большой шкаф, отделение для чайного уголка и маленький холодильник - всё за дверьми шкафа . Большая туалетная комната - удобный душ , раковина , вся керамика новая и качественная - там очень приятно находиться .Номер не для тех кто ищет роскошь но для нас он стал приятным домом на неделю . Мы брали с завтраками . Сам завтрак не сильно разнообразный но достаточный чтобы начать день ,есть несколько сыров , несколько мясных закусок , немного овощей , омлет яйца , хлопья , ещё всякое по мелочам плюс хороший и отзывчивый персонал - это удобно утром не бегать и искать где позавтракать ( а утром многие кафе ещё закрыты) а спокойно сидишь , ешь , готовишься к прогулке.Процесс заселения и выселения быстр и прост . Стойка регистрации круглосуточная , все сотрудники вежливы , ответят на любой вопрос, очень терпеливые к не знанию языка , мы часто общались через гугл переводчик и всё бало отлично .В фойе стоит холодильник где в любую минуту можно взять бутылку воды , и стоит кофе машина с большим выбором напитков - все без ограничения и абсолютно бесплатно .Я лично могу с чистым сердцем посоветовать здесь остановиться во время путешествия по Вене .
