服務櫃檯男性員工的服務態度，原因，因為明明旁邊的女性服務人員正在忙著招呼客人，這位男性服務人員卻只顧這忙自己事情，本人站著女性服務人員這邊已經十分鐘以上，這位男性服務人員卻始終尚未看到本人，導致，本人的女友站太久，身體不適去旁邊休息，幸好，大廳門口服務人員幫忙，讓本人領取行李及房卡
