今年總共入住三次，可以說去台北都會入住漢普頓，228入住時，櫃檯人員看到我們8人，直接給我們超大套房，住起來很舒適，結果這次去，給我們10樓層，一進去房間就有很濃的煙味伴隨著霉味，我們帶著小朋友給我們這種房間，還要連續住兩天，我們無法接受，

生日當天入住，詢問是否有壽星優惠活動，櫃檯冷漠的回覆沒有，感受度上不是很好，建議就算沒有任何優惠活動，至少櫃檯可以熱情的祝福生日快樂，感受上會差很多。
