A um passo do Ferry

Pros:

Hotellet var toppen och vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Vi har nu bott här tre gånger och kommer gärna tillbaka igen. Läget är helt fantastiskt och ger verkligen känslan av att vara ute i skärgården. Det är dessutom enkelt att ta sig till och från hotellet med båt, buss eller taxi.Personalen var alltid vänlig, professionell och hjälpsam, vilket bidrog till en mycket trevlig upplevelse. Frukosten var mer än godkänd med ett bra utbud.Vi passade även på att prova drinkarna i baren, och de var verkligen fantastiskt goda. Som avslutning åt vi en efterrätt med jordgubbar, fläderglass och hallonsås – en perfekt kombination som smakade som en riktig sommardröm.Sammanfattningsvis är detta ett hotell som vi varmt kan rekommendera, särskilt under sommaren. En underbar plats med magiskt läge och hög trivselfaktor. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

Eftersom vi reste med bil var vi beroende av parkeringsmöjligheter. Tyvärr var parkeringsgaraget både dyrt och besvärligt att använda. Hissen var trasig under hela vistelsen och verkade inte ha åtgärdats. Dessutom fungerade inte kodlåset till genvägen mot hotellet, vilket innebar att man var tvungen att ta en längre omväg varje gång. Som tur var hittade vi ett billigare parkeringsalternativ i närheten, vilket vi valde att använda istället.

Nur Schein, kein Sein.
Pros:

- Das Hotel verleiht sich 4 Sterne und verspricht "Elite"-Design, ist aber höchstens "Kategorie Motel One". Es sind keine Radisson- oder (Stockholmer...) Berns-, Diplomat- oder Rival-4-Sterne (zum selben Preis).
- Das Hotel wirbt mit Aussicht/Lage. Man kann aber in Zimmern mit Katakomben-Charakter landen, die sich nur mit einem super Aufwand (Klettern auf Sitze, Stuhl bzw. Tisch, um die Fenster aufzumachen) lüften lassen und entsprechend miefig sind, da das Housekeeping für den Kletteraufwand sicherlich nicht bezahlt wird. Und Aussicht ist da natürlich keine.
Es sind alles "Kleinigkeiten", die in der Gesamtschau aufzeigen, wie schlampig das Hotel eingerichtet ist/geführt wird (Parade-Exempel - zerrissenes Werbeposter an der Anlegestelle & das unnötig defensive Verhalten des Personals - anstelle die Verantwortung zu übernehmen und zu helfen, wird stets jemand anders für verantwortlich erklärt):
1. Die Funktion des "Design"-Badewaserhahns wird durch ein Poster erklärt und es ist kein Scherz...
2. Der Mini-Duschkopf würde in Finnland/Frankreich lediglich als Bidet eines öffentlichen WC's durchgehen...
3. Der Dusche-Schlauch reicht bei Körpergröße am 1,83 höchstens bis zum Hals...
4. WC-Sitz/Abdeckung (von der billigsten Art) sichtbar zerkratzt (wurde trotz schriftlicher Beschwerde im Laufe des Aufenthalts weder ausgetauscht noch thematisiert).
5. Die Einrichtung ist grundsätzlich "Billigdesign" - wie die Zimmerleuchte im "Hornbach-Design" oder die Tischlampe, deren Fuss sich langsam zerlegt...
6. Risse im Putz der Zimmerwände.
7. Spinnennetzte an den Fenstern.
8. Badewannenabflussdeckel wird stolz auf den Seifenspender gestellt (warum auch immer, es zeigt aber die schlampige Abnahme der Zimmer durch das Hausmanagement in einem "Designhotel").

10. Das es egal ist, zeigt der Gepäckwagen, der nicht sicher war - die Halterung fällt raus.
11. Es ist 2026... Nicht aber hier. Bei 4 Sternen nur Filterkaffee zum Frühstück. An einem Morgen war der Espresso noch kostenfrei, am nächsten wurden dafür ca. 4€ von einer Frau im Jogging-Anzug abkassiert (ich bin jetzt nicht sicher, ob ich wirklich ans Hotel gezahlt habe..).
12. Auch 2026, aber keine USB-Ladeshalter...
13. Zwar ein zweibettzimmer mit Bademänteln: Im Bad ein einziger Hacken. Keine anderen Hängemöglichkeiten, nur der (kalte) Tüchertrockner.
14. Der Waschbecken auf Kniehöhe (kein Familien-/barierrefreies Zimmer), keine weitere Ablage.
15. Auf kein Versprechen ist Verlass, so auch nicht auf die rechtzeitige Lieferung der Wäsche: Mein Pullover war auch 1/2 Stunde nach der Lieferfrist noch nicht da, sodass ich meine Ankleidepläne für den Abendtermin ändern musste (die rund 12€ waren dennoch voll fällig).
16. Überall abgeschlagene, zerkratze, nicht gereinigte Oberflächen/Ecken und Kanten - weil offensichtlich egal.
17. Und, und..
Diese Infos hätte ich sehr gerne an der Rezeption gleich erhalten:
1. Das Hotel hat kein eigenes Parkhaus. Das öffentliche Parkhaus ist besonders: Geschlossen ab 22, was man beim Einchecken um 21:30 nicht erfährt. Mit einem Code kommt man dann beim 2ten Anlauf rein. Wieder-Reinkommen/Verlassen geht aber mit 2. Code aus App des lokalen Betreibers (kein mobiles Bezahlen, nur CC=20Min Zeitaufwand). Kein Zugang zum Hotel = ca. 500 Meter Tunnel oder Treppen/Berg. Für Senioren kaum machbar. Auch wenn das Tor kaputt spielt und man drei verzweifelte Autofahrer braucht, die gemeinsam es wieder aufbekommen...
2. Zimmer-Klimaschalter leuchtet sogar, ist aber fake, da Zentralheizung. Es dauerte 2 Tage & 4 Mitarbeiter, um das zu erfahren und ein Elektroheizgerät gestellt zu bekommen.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean throughout, and the service was friendly and professional. The rooms were comfortable and functional, although they are starting to feel a little dated and could benefit from some updating.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of high-quality food. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, which was very good, and the sunny terrace was a wonderful place to enjoy the evening. Another big advantage is that boats depart right outside the hotel, making it a convenient and enjoyable way to travel around Stockholm, especially during the summer.

Cons:

The main area for improvement is the parking information. Clearer instructions on the hotel’s website would make arriving by car much easier. Also, the elevator was out of service during our stay, which made carrying luggage up and down the stairs quite inconvenient.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt direkt am Wasser

Gute Lage und ansprechender Komfort, wenn man in der Innenstadt diniert.
Pros:

Lage am Pier und direkte Fähre zur Innenstadt sind super. Umfangreiches Frühstück.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum überfüllt, Gäste weichen auf Bar/Lobby aus.
Keine externen Restaurants in der Nähe.

Wonderful
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay, wonderful room, the mattress felt like sleeping on clouds, the breakfast was absolutely fabulous.
If we ever come back to Stockholm there is no other hotel we would want to stay in.
