Hotel guests are asked to book entry to the spa in advance. Please note that spa guests must be at least 18 years old. Children under 18 are welcome in the spa between 09:00-10:00 with a parent or guardian.

Advanced bookings for the hotel restaurant are recommended.

If 9 or more rooms are reserved for the same dates by the same booker, they will be treated as a group reservation, whereby different policies and additional supplements will apply. En avkopplande vistelse en båtresa från hemmet! Kommer absolut komma tillbaka!

Cons:

Tappade en sak på golvet o såg då att det var väldigt dammigt under sängen! inte ok på hotel !

Skønt ophold
Pros:

Personalet var meget serviceminded og flinke.
De havde en god morgen buffet og fyldte løbende op så der aldrig manglede noget.
Vi spiste også aftensmad på hotellet og det var også en skøn oplevelse.
Deres spa var hyggelig og afslappende.
Værelset var pænt og rent
Havnebussen har stop lige foran hotellet.

Cons:

Eneste minus er nok at der ikke er nogle butikker tæt på.

Pros:

Wir haben eine Suite bekommen für einen sehr günstigen Aufpreis. Das Frühstück war prima und dass man mit dem Boot in die Innenstadt fahren konnte macht den Standort etwas abseits wieder wett.

Cons:

Das Spa ist den Preis nicht wert.

Comfortable enough but disappointing given this was supposed to be a special birthday visit

The location was fantastic

Cons:

The easiest way to reach the hotel was not available - it was a planned outage of the ferry stop but nobody told us or even brought it to our attention when we booked in and paid .
Also, we paid for a suite which was one massive room rather than a ‘suite’ - everything was a little shabby, including the bathroom fittings and we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. The view was rather marred by the work on the ferry terminal right in front of the hotel.
