A beautiful hotel where tradition and great service are not forgotten
Pros:

We have been coming to this place for many years and we have grown to love this hotel. It meets everything we need on holiday and at a high level. The owners are very friendly and even after so many years we have nothing to complain about. We always enjoy our stay very much, thank you very much, we will be very happy to come back again.

Very pleasant and will return again
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Accommodating with everything - offering ride from/to the station, helpful with the ski pass, managing the restaurant reservations. Breakfast staff is very good and even know the coffee preferences after 1 day.

Cons:

I would appreciate the slippers to be in the room. There were towels and robe provided for spa, however for people who forget their slippers it could be helpful.
On my last day, when I was checking the shelves to see if I haven’t forgotten anything, I found a pair of male black socks covered in dust. I believe it wasn’t cleaned properly.
You could hear the neighbours very clearly.
Advertisement says 25 mins of the Whole body massage, when arrived it turned out to be only the Upper body massage.

Frühstück reichlich und gut, Lage perfekt, Ort sehr sauber , Wellnessbereich sauber und gemütlich , Zimmer sehr geräumig
und sauber.

Cons:

Einfach traumhaft. Nur zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Der ganze Urlaub war wie ein Traum. Einfach alles perfekt. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen. Der Wellnessbereich, das Zimmer, Personal einfach alles.

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereich bis 22:00 Uhr wäre nicht schlecht. Aber alles andere ist besser als alle anderen bisher gebuchten Unterkünfte.

Ein besonders schöner Urlaub: das Hotel und die ruhige, aber verkehrsgünstige Lage waren perfekt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit frischen guten Produkten, jeden Morgen ein Genuss!
Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfreich. Das Abendessen hat uns auch sehr gefallen mit guten Weinen und abwechslungsreicher Karte. Die Zimmer, Bad und Betten , - alles war tadellos. Besonders freundlich war es, dass wir von der Bahn abgeholt wurden.
Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Gasteinertal - Traum
Pros:

Wurden sehr herzlich durch den Juniorchef empfangen! Das Hotel strahlt eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre aus.
Herr und Frau Hasenauer sind sehr aufmerksam und ständig um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll. Ein Lob auch an die Küche, für
das sensationelle Essen! Das Frühstück im Hotel, lässt auch keine Wünsche offen!
Die Wellness-Lagune mit Erlebnisbad & Saunawelt ist unbeschreiblich/toll und sehr geschmackvoll durchdacht!
Das gesamte Service-Personal machen einen guten Job! Wir sind sehr begeistert und kommen bestimmt wieder!
Das Gasteinertal ist traumhaft schön und immer eine Reise wert!
