No one is at the front desk when we arrived. We tried to call and no one answered and they left the keys on the counter but didn’t indicate where the room is and it took us around 15 minutes to find our room. The restaurant is supposed to be open from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm but never did open. The service is not great.

- Leider unbequemes Bett. Frühstücksbuffet leider teilweise unsauber.

I loved every second spent here. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough!
First I stayed only one day and I left to visit north Italy. I was back to Stubai for three more days to finish my vacation.

The view from your room is incredible. Nice condition and recently updated. Very friendly staff. About 20 minutes to Innsbruck. I would stay here again.

Der Check-in war nur zu bestimmten Zeiten möglich. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön. Gaststätte und Hotel sind unterschiedliche Abrechnungen. Reinigung des Zimmers hätte man wohl extra buchen müssen, da diese nicht statt fand. Wir waren nur 3 Tage dort und durften aber die Endreinigung bezahlen.

Es gibt nicht viel zu sagen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Einzig das Wlan dürfte in der heutigen Zeit bisschen schneller sein! Aber das ist eher ein Luxusproblem! ;-)

Secluded location. No food options close by. Very nice view. Large rooms.

Overall place was clean, family was nice, and all the amenities were available. I was disappointed in the breakfast and wished there are had been hard boiled or scrambled eggs. Otherwise, overall the place was great and I would recommend it to anyone else.

Super place on side of valley with great views and easy access to bus for Glacier. While short a walk into Neustift, every step is greet by amazing scenery. Kratzerwirt staff awesome - classically hospitable Austrians.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel, dem Service, der freundlichen Behandlung, dem Abendessen sowie dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut zufrieden.

sehr große Zimmer, sauber, freundlicher Service, gutes Essen - insgesamt gut - nur beim Frühstück waren wir über den Kaffee und den Saft enttäuscht, Instand-Produkte am Morgen sind kein high light.

L'hôtel est typique et très beau. L'accueil très chaleureux. Le service au top, nous avons très bien mangé sur une belle terrasse. La chambre très spacieuse et propre. L'hôtel est placé dans un petit village avec une vue magnifique. Très satisfait, dommage que nous soyons restés qu'une nuit.

Good quality aparthotel, best for families or groups of friends. Warm, clean, comfortable, good food. Sauna available for free. Location a bit too remote and high-up for a walk from the village more than once a day. Be prepared to pay 8 euros for a short taxi journey or have at least one car for all the group or someone prepared to pick you up from the village.

I think that this hotel is absolutly great, I recommende it to everybody. Thank you for nice whiles.
