Pros:

Wir haben als Familie einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg von Deutschland nach Kroatien dort gemacht.
Zunächst war die Lage dafür super und zentral, und auch der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert.

Dann hat dieses Hotel einen ganz besonderen charme. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Innenterasse hat uns gut gefallen, weil wir als Familie abends dort noch gemeinsam sitzen konnten.

Hochanzurechnen ist der Aufwand, der betrieben wurde, um uns unser Tablet, welches wir im Hotel haben liegen lassen, zurückzuschicken. Die Inhaber/Mitarbeiter waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt der Kommunikation total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Also an dieser Stelle auch nochmal ein großes Dankeschön!

Hotel is directly in center, easy to find meal for dinner or breakfast.
Pros:

Nice, clean, spacious, needed instruction before. Car parking cost less 2 €, because new counting is starting from 9:00 next day, cash or card

Cons:

Switch in bathroom is far from door, doors should not be fully closed to find switch = easy to wake up partner during night. there are several low cost solutions.

Apartamento vacacional con buena ubicación, que requiere contacto por WhatsApp para instrucciones.
Pros:

Ubicación, si no llevas vehículo, porque los parking cercanos son muy caros.

Cons:

No es un Hotel.
Es un edificio con habitaciones vacacionales.
No hay contacto con nadie presencialmente y te envían número de habitación y código de cajetin, por un mensaje por la aplicación de Booking y en letra muy pequeña. Tienes que estar atento o se te pasará de largo.
Sería mejor un contacto por WhatsApp.
Además, si hablas por el portero automático que hay en la puerta del recinto, se oye muy mal y no se le entiende nada al anfitrión (que siempre fue comprensible, paciente y con un trato agradable).
El baño es de nueva construcción, pero es super pequeño.
El colchón era demasiado blando.

Sehr gute Lage, bis zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 8 min und bis zum Zentrum 5 min.
Es war alles sauber, das Bett im Einzelzimmer war groß und bequem.
Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten die Zimmertür zu öffnen, telefonisch habe ich aber prompt Unterstützung bekommen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und Bad sind etwas eng.

Herzlicher Empfang von der superfreundliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit Klagenfurt-Tipps zur Seite stand.
Die Lage ist Top für Messe-Aussteller: das Messegelände ist fußläufig in 10min erreichbar.
Die Lage ist auch top für Stadtbesucher: Frühstückslokale, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte schnell erreichbar.
Saubere Zimmer mit bequemen Betten.

Frühstück nicht verfügbar. Kein Personal vor Ort. Ich habe das Personal telefonisch nicht erreichen können.
