Odwiedziłam ten hotel już 12 raz i z pewnością jeszcze tu wrócę.
Pros:

Doskonałe wyżywienie-różnorodność, dbałość o zdrowe produkty . Dużym plusem jest możliwość zabrania kanapek i owoców ze stołówki. Przy 2 posiłkach dziennie to duży plus. W kranach woda nadająca się do picia.
Położenie hotelu gwaranuje doskonałe widoki, ciszę i dobre powietrze. Wszędzie jest czysto, personel niezwykle uprzejmy.

Cons:

Dawniej przy hotelu był mały wyciąg narciarski. Dzieci mogły pobierac naukę jazdy na nartach. Szkoda, że go już nie ma.

Pros:

Sehr sehr sauber und schön modern eingerichtet

Cons:

Beschreibung *hoteleigener Lift* war nicht zutreffend. Beschreibung Anfahrt zum Skigebiet wäre ein netter Service. Dies ist nämlich mit eigenem PKW nicht möglich und gar nicht schön.

„Skvělý pobyt! Hotel je krásný, čistý a velmi dobře udržovaný. Personál byl neuvěřitelně milý a ochotný se vším pomoci. Snídaně byla výborná s velkým výběrem jídla. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme. Doporučuji všemi deseti!“

Pros:

Vše bylo naprosto fantastické. Horal je opravdu krásný hotel, kde se zároveň počítá s dětmi všeho věku. Asi nedoporučuji, pokud chcete jet bez dětí do klidu, je jich tu všude plno ;), ale pokud si i s malým dítětem chcete užít krásné ubytování a pohodlí, tak tady najdete, na co si jen vzpomenete: 2 herničky, ta pro menší vybavená nádhernými hračkami v duchu Montessori (vše čisté, nic není rozbité), bazén, vířivku s výhledem na hory i brouzdaliště se spoustou hraček. Bazén je v ceně, jeho součástí je i malá sauna a pára, větší saunové wellness je za poplatek, oddělené (což je podle mě super řešení, které bere jak ohled na děti, které chtějí řádit v bazénu v ceně, tak i na ty, kteří chtějí za poplatek na chvíli dospělácký klid). Jídlo vynikající (byť ceny dost vysoké), restaurace opět plná dětských židliček, nikdo se na vás káravě nedívá, když dítě zakřičí, všude omalovánky... Personál neuvěřitelně milý, nic není problém (např. je možné vzít dítěti z bufetu jídlo na pokoj, aby se najedlo v klidu, když se mu ve velké jídelně nelíbí, to jsem velmi ocenila). Pro děti je i animační program, ten jsme nevyužili, ale zdálo se, že aktivit je spousta. Můj dvouletý syn byl nadšený a vůbec nechtěl domů.

Cons:

Je trochu nefér, že při rezervaci přes Booking.com se počítá 150,-- poplatek za parkování/den, ale při rezervaci přes hotel Orea je parkování zdarma.
