Location was perfect and central. Loved that bar could exit through the back and cut through to the main street.
Nothing!
Great central location with the benefit of car parking (payable). Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Bed very comfortable (pillows less so).
Expensive, but I guess that's the price you pay for a central location.
I was puzzled by the room description as having a balcony with a Back Alley view. I thought maybe Back Alley was the name of a mountain or something, otherwise why would you have a balcony overlooking it. But no, it actually did have a view of a back alley.
Mornings were noisy due to construction vehicles, but that's not the fault of the hotel, and they did give plenty of warning about this.
Very convenient. Staff were very helpful.
Nothing.
Good location. Paid undercover parking useful in Banff.
Don’t book an ‘alley view’ suite. They are equipped with white noise devices, which tells you something about the (very) early AM activity in the adjacent alley.

Great location a short walk from the Banff Street area (the main shopping area) is the main draw here. The room was modern and very comfortable. Our room (417) looked out over the alley but we could see the mountains in the background. 🥳 Ample, secure underground parking was a plus.
Nothing to ‘not like’.
das Frühstück im gegenüber gelegenen Hotel war sehr gut
Location was excellent
Prices of all hotels in Banff outrageous
The location is awesome. Close to tons of bars and restaurants. Both high end, and dive bars. Felt very safe and right in the heart of the action.
We had to go out for meals. No in house dining but very close to a lot of dining options for dinner and breakfast. Very close to the centre of town. Excellent carpark. Good laundry. Staff were very friendly. A bit more cutlery would have been helpful.
See above.
Lovely location, right in the centre. We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a view.
