Location was perfect. Check in and check out was done with ease. Quiet and clean corridors. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and attended to our needs.
Amenities have to availed of on the other establishment.
The location, cleanliness were excellent. The day staff were helpful and caring. They listened to our issues and acted to support and resolve as best they could.
Our grandson loved the area to make hot chocolate. It seemed a firm favourite for most of the children.
The rooms were comfortable and the beds also. At night it was very quiet.
Unfortunately at the time we were there there was refurbishment going on to the exterior of next door so there was banging and drilling during the day.
Also the surrounding roads were being redeveloped and that meant the coach to Lake Louise was not accessible at the hotel. We had quite a trudge each day with skis etc to access it.
Neither of these things were told to us before or even on arrival.
The night guy was a bit terse with us on arrival which wasn’t the best start.

The property was in a perfect location! close to the banff centre and we enjoyed the pool facilities too at the other hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy especially after long days of hiking.
There was confusion with the payments of the hotel at the end of our stay. There wasn’t a huge explanation of what was needing to be paid / what it was for , which left us with queries and thankfully another staff member was able to help us. Definitely better communication between what costs you are paying for / deposits as just sending an email of a receipt isn’t clear!

The location was great as it is walking distance to everything! The room was very modern and clean. We were very impressed by how clean and maintained the room is.
Not much amenities, though you can avail the amenities from their sister property across the hotel.

Excellent stay at the Peaks Hotel -- our second time back! Staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is unbeatable. Walkable to great restaurants in town, and ski shuttle pickup is right outside.
Tout
Another great stay. The hotel doesn’t seem to age because it’s well taken care of. Bathrooms have great shiny Toto fixtures, nice quality toiletries, and good fluffy towels. We love the loft rooms and have booked them the past three stays.
Light switches are confusing - there are so many!
The stay at Peaks Hotel in Banff was great overall. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and most places in town. Check-in was also very smooth and welcoming. Although the official check-in time is 3:00 p.m., the room was made ready at 2:00 p.m., which was greatly appreciated after arriving in Banff.
The only issue happened on the morning of checkout. Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m., but the cleaning staff knocked on the door around 10:30 a.m. and mentioned that it was checkout time. After explaining that checkout was at 11:00 a.m., they returned again around 10:45 a.m., which felt unnecessary and a bit rushed.

Nothing at all
Very clean, great location, liked the free coffee / hot drinks facility. Sister hotel over the road great for breakfast, lovely buffet. Also use of swim / sauna facilities
One minor improvement would be the ability to offer single beds in the room (as an option) rather than 2 x doubles. We had 2 rooms with 6 males and single beds would have been preferable
Property location is excellent. Right at the downtown Banff but away from the crowd. Almost everyday (morning) we see deers right outside the hotel.
No breakfast offered
Excellent location in Banff. Short walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Underground parking. Spacious and well appointed rooms. 20 min to Sunshine ski area, 40 min to Lake Louise ski area.
