Pros:

Their service was very good, staffs were very helpful and friendly. Have been travelling to many countries like Iceland, Norway and the services here I would said in my top 3 ranking. Really pleasant stay.

The room was very small, the window view was blocked, there was no cupboard, and no place to put luggage. The bathroom size was very small.

Staff were very accommodating to my requests and I made my stay enjoyable
Pros:

The room I initially booked was in the old wing which was quite a distance away and had requested to top up for an upgraded room which was offered to me was in the newly renovated wing and it was very nicely decorated, very plush and classy. The dark blue colored walls were a nice touch and has a separate lounge area to laze around and watch TV.

Cons:

1) The bathrooms were a bit on a tiny side
2) There are no cupboards in the room, just a 4 hangers on the rack
3) The aircon is not a centralized type, regular ductless split air conditioner system, there were 2x units in my room for a room that large.

It’s a gooood location and the hotel very cozy to stay. Recommended. The lounge provide goood service.

非常不满意，不开心，完全不值我所支付的价值

唯一值得称赞的是酒店在网上的照片看起来很美，Spa的按摩还不错，除此之外，没有任何优点
游泳池有很多漂浮物，很肮脏，没人处理，
走廊没有空调，非常热，一出房门就感受到非常非常非常热。
早餐的选择很少，有的食物居然是冷的，没有加热
房间里的灯是坏的，说没办法维修
空调无法控制温度，只有超级热和超级冷两种选择，晚上完全睡不好觉
浴室的出水口堵塞，洗澡水漫出来到房间里。

The swimming pool has a lot of floating debris and is very dirty, with no one taking care of it.
There is no air conditioning in the hallway; it's extremely hot. The moment you step out of the room, it feels very, very, very hot.
Breakfast has very few options, and some of the food was cold—not even heated.
The light in the room was broken, and they said it couldn't be fixed.
The air conditioning has no temperature control—only super hot or super cold—making it impossible to sleep well at night.
The bathroom drain is clogged, causing the shower water to overflow into the room.

Overall comfortable and nice stay.
Pros:

Unfortunately due to low season and fewer guests at the hotel, no breakfast was provided at the restaurant.
Room service was provided instead.
But limited food choices to choose from.
