Justo había un cumpleaños infantil, la piscina estaba llena de niños que no te dejaban estar relajado. Corrían y gritaban por todos lados. Siento que no pude aprovechar mucho

Really loved our stay and would highly recommend when in Iquitos!

Poor experience

Good location and comfy beds.

Cons:

I booked a room with an early check in, late check out and $50 US dollars credit. Upon arriving I was told I would have to use the credit to pay towards and early check in and had to argue that this was NOT in my conditions. After waiting a while for a room, I was eventually able to check in earlier. There was an issue with using the credit and it seemed as if the staff were not fully aware of how this would work. I have stayed at Hotel Turistas before and will stay there next time as I do not feel my experience was that of a high quality hotel and worth paying +++ more for.
