Pros:

Los ambientes son muy acogedores, excelente lugar céntrico y seguro.

Cons:

Good staff and location.
Pros:

Nice hotel, good staff and well located. Really grateful for the early availability of our room.

Cons:

A number of equipment displays and gaps in the curtains/door frame meant the room was quite illuminated when trying to sleep.

The gym air-conditioning was ineffective, the lift(elevator) music 12 second loop was super annoying and the concierge taxi to airport was 5 times the price of tide hailing apps.

Lo mas basico que debe ofrecer un hotel, y mas siendo de 5 estrellas, es garantizar el descanso de los huespedes. Y este hotel no lo cumple. Como te toque una habitacion con vistas a la plaza, olvidate de dormir. Pasan las motos 24/7, insoportable el ruido constante.Es sorprendente que no este bien insonorizado sabiendo el lugar que ocupa. Por esta razon, no puedo dar mas de un 4, por mucho lujo o piscina que tenga. Decepcionante con el dinero aue cuesta

Bruyant, hôtel sympathique mais, naturellement, pas au niveau d'un Hilton traditionnel.
Pros:

Hôtel remarquablement bien situé.
Chambre sympathique.

Cons:

Bruyant. Des portes qui claquent, un front desk qui s'éclate à passer de la musique en pleine nuit comme un 4th of July...
Bref, devoir appeler la réception à 23:40 parce que l'on entend depuis sa chambre au 5ème étage de la musique beaucoup trop forte provenant du hall d'entrée et s'entendre dire que "l'on va la baisser tout de suite" (ce qui ne fut fait qu'une bonne dizaine de minutes plus tard) n'est pas digne d'un hôtel encore moins d'un hôtel de la chaine Hilton.

Pros:

La habitación, estuvo muy cómodo, completamente oscuro para descansar. Muy bien con la limpieza, y los servicios ofrecidos.

Cons:

Deberían colocar ventanas antiruido, se escuchan las bocinas a cualquier hora.

Great hotel, luxurious, comfortable, amenities, great staff.
Pros:

It was a very luxurious hotel compared to the competition in Iquitos. The facilities were really nice. My hotel room felt sumptuous and comfortable. The hotel had a pool, jacuzzi, gym, bar, restaurant, convenience store, and helpful staff.

Cons:

I think its a bit pricier than the competition, but honestly its worth it in Iquitos
