La entrada al hotel bonito.

Cons:

1. El tipo de cambio de dólar a soles era de 3,7 soles y en las casas de cambio al exterior estaban a 3.4, inclusive cuando nos fuimos a otro hotel 4 estrellas en el mismo iquitos(ya que pedimos reembolso y nos fuimos ese mismo día ) el tipo de cambio no variaba. . Porque su tipo cambio es tan alto?.
2. Hice una reservacion para dos adultos y un niño y en la habitación solo había una cama, dijimos hay un sofá cama vamos abrirlo, sofá cama roto y sucio, no habían sábanas, para ponernos una cama suplementaria el costo era de 50 dólares, en recepción NADA Comercial, el papel de las paredes estaban despegandose.
3. Debido al enojo no pude tomar fotos, pero no lo recomiendo!!!!!!

Pros:

Had a great stay at the Hilton in Iquitos. Was disappointed that the bathtub didn’t hold water - I had to put a plastic bag over the drain to seal the plug. There were a few other quirks with the room and that’s the reason for the four stars. Ximena at reception was stellar, and the restaurant is phenomenal. I will stay again.
