Fabulous
Pros:

The food! OMG! Amazing dishes all healthy and delicious. El Ceviche Carretera and the Chaufa were our favorite. We were able to watch the World Cup 2026.

Nice hotel, but be ready to not receive a heart-warming service. They are a chain service hotel.
Pros:

Location, breakfast buffet. Around the clock service. Top end hotel in Iquitos. Clean beddings, comfy private rooms with ensuite - the kind of rooms you will find in capital cities.

Cons:

Noise from the bar lobby's music which was playing full on dance/pop music. Felt like a night club downstairs.
The electrical sockets were unusable, the room that I got - none of them worked in this room. The electrical sockets are beyond old and needs replacing!

Also with the private taxis - terrible terrible service. ~113 Soles. Rip off fare. Waited at the airport parking lot for 40 minutes from 10:30 pm (which was supposed to be my pickup time), the taxi sent by the hotel 'got into an accident?' that I later was told by the receptionist. So they could not pick me up. No attempt to message me whatsoever. I had to deal to the local taxi drivers at the airport late at night who was making me super uncomfortable. I called the hotel to asked what happened using my international roaming cell phone (around 10 Euros spent for two phone calls), they said they are sending a driver, but it took so long anyway. In the end I had to organize my own taxi who the driver told me he's in contact with the other taxi driver sent by the hotel. Arrived around 11:40 pm and still was charged 113 Soles by the hotel - for a small, old, taxi car, without AC, by a taxi that I organized myself at the parking lot alone in the dark. In the end I was offered a 'complimentary drink' - which I could not drink anyway because I am under an ayahuasca diet.
