酒店位置很好，离武器广场很近，离河边观景步道，步行街都不远，出门有好几家餐馆，住这里很方便。工作人员也热情友好，沟通顺畅。酒店设计现代舒适。总之性价比高，入住体验很好。

PÉSIMO HOTEL. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

la ubicación es buena pero todo lo que engloba es pesimo.. habitaciones sucias, aire acondicionado en mala condición.

Cons:

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue bastante negativa. En Booking.com se muestra un precio, pero al momento de pagar directamente en el establecimiento indican que el monto es diferente, ya que realizan la conversión de dólares a soles con un tipo de cambio propio, lo que incrementa el costo aproximadamente en 40 soles adicionales.

Además, la habitación no se encontraba en condiciones adecuadas de limpieza, ya que presentaba restos de insectos muertos, lo cual genera una muy mala impresión y falta de higiene.

Asimismo, el servicio de desayuno fue deficiente. Al momento de asistir, varios productos ya se habían agotado y no fueron repuestos, dejando una oferta muy limitada para los huéspedes que llegan más tarde.

Por otro lado, también cobran un cargo adicional por dejar las pertenencias en custodia, lo cual no fue informado previamente.

En general, considero que falta transparencia en los precios, mejores estándares de limpieza y una mejora urgente en la calidad del servicio ofrecido.

Buena ubicación, pero con aspectos por mejorar en comodidad y limpieza
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena a pocos metros de la plaza principal y el boulevard, es muy céntrico, a pesar de estar en la zona céntrica no se escuchaba mucho ruido en las habitaciones. el desayuno que ofrecen es buffet americano con algunos insumos de la región, eso si estuvo bueno

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy básicas, el agua caliente en la ducha no era fluida, el baño muy pequeño para mi gusto, la limpieza podría ser más prolija, se sentía un poco de polvo en el ambiente, tampoco tenia frigobar, creo que algo indispensable para una ciudad con mucho calor.
