Pros:

Las fotos de la publicación no son un fiel reflejo de lo que es el lugar. Al llegar nos sentimos decepcionados. La habitación era muy chica. En la publicación ofrecen parking gratuito, y no es así! Tuvimos que dejar el auto en la calle porque los estacionamientos estaban a 20 cuadras aprox. El personal que estaba a cargo no sabía dar indicaciones y cada vez que les preguntamos algo no supieron darnos una respuesta clara. El desayuno era pobre, y las tostadas siempre estuvieron quemadas...

Pros:

El hotel estaba sobrevendido expedia nos mando la reserva, llegamos y tuvimos que buscar lugar ya que expedia no nos resolvió nada! La verdad una vergüenza y una falta de respeto.
todos se lavaron las manos tengan cuidad

no me pude hospedar . ellos argumentaron q hoteles .com no les envio la solicitud d reserva.no se q paso pero san rafael estaba colapsado d gente x el dakar y a mi no me guardaron el lugar.estuve buscando hospedaje con el equipaje x toda la ciudad durante varias horas
