SEJOUR EXCEPTIONNEL A CRACOVIE A L'HOTEL WAWEL
Pros:

Séjour exceptionnel à Cracovie.
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel, que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation. Idéalement situé à quelques pas de la cité historique. La chambre était irréprochable, confortable et bien entretenue.
Le petit déjeuner mérite une mention spéciale : varié, copieux. un vrai plaisir de commencer la journée.
Le personnel a été remarquable tout au long du séjour : accueillant et toujours à l'écoute.
En résumé une expérience parfaite.
Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Great location and excellent value for money
Pros:

Lovely hotel, perhaps a little tired, but nevertheless excellent value for money and great location.

Cons:

No bar so getting a drink from 'associated' restaurant/bar which is separately owned though part of hotel (yes, it's a little confusing) was occasionally an issue.

Brrakfast wasnt what we would normal go for but this is just a personal thing, there was plenty to choose from and we still ate every morning. But that would be the only slight negative for us

Nieduży bardzo gustownie urządzony hotel,personel,czystość na medal,położenie tuż przy Rynku.Pokoje świetnie wytłumione- cisza i spokój.I extra dodatek-urokliwa oranżeria do spędzania czasu przy kawie i książce.Jesteśmy z żoną bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu🙂

Cons:

al mio arrivo mi hanno comunicato che l'ultimo giorno, domenica, avrei dovuto cambiare camera, con un'altra posta al piano inferiore, perchè il giorno dopo, lunedì, dovevano cominciare dei lavori di rifacimento. Onestamente non ho capito la necessità di tale modifica nella sistemazione, considerato che il giorno dopo avrei liberato la camera di prima mattina, dovendo recarmi presto alla stazione, ed avendo gli addetti tutta la giornata a disposizione per eseguire i lavori.
Peraltro la nuova camera assegnatami non aveva il riscaldamento funzionante con il risultato che ho passato l'intera notte al freddo.

Great location
Pros:

Really easy booking and on arrival easy to check in and receive entry to my room. Room was overall clean and had sufficient/basic facilities but no access to hot drinks. Location was excellent and very close to tourist attractions.

Cons:

Lack of kettle and hot drinks in own room and required walking to The Orangery and staying there or taking back to room.
