Non ha nulla a che vedere con un hotel a 5 stelle

Non è possibile che a nessun orario in hotel a 5 stelle si trovi uno sdraio disponibile e non vi sia la minima collaborazione dello staff anzi… completa noncuranza. Sono presenti pochissime postazioni idro. Inoltre, la colazione che termina alle 10:30, a partire dalle 10:20 lo staff chiudere il buffet nonostante si stia consumando la colazione…

Personale di ottima preparazione professionale e disponibilità ed attenzione al cliente. Colazione ottima.

Costo eccessivo rispetto alle consumazioni interne alla struttura e frigobar in camera.

Un ottimo Hotel per un soggiorno di relax, con qualche area di miglioramento.
Pros:

Posizione comodissima al centro. Pulizia impeccabile e cortesia del personale sopra le aspettative. Area piscine e spa buona, anche se alcuni servizi non sono all'altezza della classe dell'Hotel.

Cons:

Il bagno turco e' in realta' un tepidarium, ampio ma senza vapore. le saune (due) sono piuttosto piccole, sebbene funzionali. La nota peggiore riguarda l'affollamento dei lettini in area piscine: erano tutti occupati con asciugamani e libri di persone ... assenti. Probabilmente questo e' dovuto al periodo di elevata presenza in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Tuttavia una politica della direzione meno tollerante verso questi evidenti utilizzi impropri dell'area puo' rendere piu' gradevole la visita per gli ospiti che sono realmente presenti nell'area.
