Americana Hotel

バスターミナルから近く、場所が便利です。朝早くに到着したのですが、チェックインさせてもらえてとても助かりました。
部屋も広くて清潔です。
朝食は6階の食堂でとるのですが、テラスからの眺めがとても良いです。

Ojo el taxista cuando le dije donde esta el hotel me comenta que la dirección está en una zona roja ademas era una intersección de 2avenidas muy ruidosa me tuve que cambiar de hotel y obvio no me reembolsaron nada

Perfectly placed to see the famous markets and visit the bars. Heidi and team sorted out taxis for our visits.

Tudo certo, fui muito bem recebido, atendimento e serviço no hotel, excelente, limpeza do apartamento e dependencias do hotel, feitas diariamente, bom café da manhã, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Me hospedaram numa suite até melhor que a reservei no Hotéis.com sem nenhum custo adicional. Recomendo o Americanas Hotel.

Chambre correcte, propre. Proche du centre ville. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Le personnel est à l'écoute et fait tout pour vous rendre service. Le matin, nous devions partir tôt, bien avant l'heure du petit déjeuner. Ils nous ont quand même servi un vrai café, avec plein de pains différents et le sourire.
Seul bémol, situé à l'angle d'une avenue passagère, c'est un peu bruyant.

Stayed in the hotel for about a week and the room was cleaned daily and was comfortable. After about 5 days into my stay there was a group of young girls (probably on a school outing) that were loud, pounding on the doors and walls of the place at all hours and running up and down stairs. Many people complained of their behavior but the employees on duty did not do anything. I was not able to sleep well after that as the noise would start up when least expected.
On the positive side the breakfast in the morning was good and the location worked well for my needs.

Lo malo muy malo, fue que el pago no lo reciben de la tarjeta, me perjudicaron al hacerme hacer el pago antes del medio día, su sistema para cobrar no le funciona el cobra tarjeta.

Tenía una reunión llegue tarde, porque a las 9am., me obligan a pagar, no obstante que le explicó que estamos dejando nuestro equipaje en admistracion, me obligan a pagar en efectivo en ese momento con el perjuicio del atraso a mi reunión.
Malísima la atención del funcionario con órdenes de los superiores, elevo mi queja ante ustedes.

Good

The hotel is a bit dowdy. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable and the room was noisy. The neighborhood is not the best. Breakfast was good and the staff tried to be helpful.

Had everything I needed. It was fairly central and I only sleep in my room. So, for me, creature comforts aren't that big a deal. I didn't use the TV or the mini-bar. The 'restaurant' is not a breakfast only affair. I ate there one evening and it was passable. Nothing to write home about tho'...

Muito boa, indico

mauvaise impression car pas de lumiere dans la chambre principale,pas possible de tenir a 2 dans la SDB et en plus la cuvette des toilette cassee qui vous pince les fesses.La TV toujours hachuree bref un service plus que moyen pour un sois disant 3 etoiles.Je suis appele a revenir a Cochabamba et il est certain que je ne prendrais plus cet hotel.
