Great room size, but poor service: no elevator, no help with bags, distant parking, and a very basic breakfast.
Pros:

The room was spacious!

Cons:

I was quite disappointed with my stay. There is no elevator and the hotel offers zero assistance with luggage. To make matters worse, the parking is located about 300 meters away. Dragging heavy bags from the parking lot and then hauling them up three flights of stairs without any help was a huge inconvenience. As for the breakfast, it was very basic—just the bare minimum.

Great stay, lovely hotel atmosphere.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast (good variation in food and also hotel cares about decreasing food waste).

Cons:

No bottled water in the room when we first arrived.
No place in reception to fill up our water bottles.
Breakfast area had a water station, but no access to that after breakfast hours.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella doppia mansardata, stanza molto pulita, bagno spazioso ed anch'esso pulito. Per quanto la zona notte abbia la moquette non dava l'idea di sporco o trasandato che di solito trasmette.
Molto silenzioso, non abbiamo capito se ci fossero altri ospiti finché non abbiamo fatto colazione.
Colazione continentale ricca, con addirittura macchinetta per caffè/cappuccini e simili che trita i chicchi al momento. Da vegetariana ho trovato molta scleta.
Il personale molto cortese e disponibile, soprattutto le ragazze della colazione.
L'hotel è in una zona molto comoda per visitare la parte più medievale con diverse attrazioni. A 50 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria a piedi, a 10 di macchina.
Non abbiamo provato il ristorante.

La ubicación es fantástica. En la plaza principal de Brasov. La habitación y el baño amplio. La cama cómoda y grande.
