Sehr gerne wieder in diesem Hotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite, nicht aufdringliche Mitarbeiter. Super Lage

Cons:

„Nicht gefallen“ ist übertrieben. Verbesserungsvorschläge: die ein oder andere Schraube nachziehen (z.B. Duschsufhängung), Franselâ und dunkles Brot zum Frühstück.

Cozy and elegant: everything we needed
Pros:

Overall it was a lovely experience staying at Bella muzica. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was nice and polite, really helpful giving out recommendations and answering all of our questions. The room was cozy and really clean, it gave a vibe like you were in a cabin in the woods with wifi 😀.

Cons:

The only thing that we were kinda expecting but it cannot be helped, was that the view of our room faced an alley in construction and we thought was going to be more like the amazing view of the mountains but the buildings we now understand are constructed in a way that blocks the view, so actually was no one’s fault, the entire experience was wonderful ✨

Excellent location, helpful & friendly staff. Hotel was clean & comfortable.
Pros:

The room was really lovely and was very quiet. The breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts we have had.

Cons:

Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was a fridge but no kettle.

Pros:

Bardzo przytulny, kameralny i klimatyczny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. 8 min od komunikacji, przy Czarnym Kościele.
Bardzo sympatyczny personel, pokoje czyste i klimatycznie urządzone, wygodne materace, klimatyzacja i bardzo dobre śniadania gdzie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Cons:

Nie było nic na co mogłabym narzekać Chic stronę schody dawały się nieco we znaki ale wiedziałam o nich wcześniej. Mogą być problemem dla osób mniej sprawnych.
Gdyby w pokoju był jeszcze czajnik, byłoby naprawdę super.
