A nice medieval hotel with great staff
Pros:

It was a beautiful building , walls are thin however. The hotel receptionist on the day I left was absolutely amazing . She walked my suitcase and I down to the bus pickup early in the morning.

Cons:

The people in adjoining rooms partying until midnight. The pillows were very hard.

Atmosfera creată într-o clădire veche ezte frumoasa!! Mobilierul restaurat. Micul dejun a fost proaspat si gustos, mai ales laptele cu orez, minunat!

Nu are o parcare accesibila aproape. Cea din apropiere este 30 de lei per ora. Mai departe am gasit cu 24 de lei pentru 24 de ore. Am apreciat ca tocmai domnul de la receptie ne-a pus in tema cu acest aspect dar este un minus pentru proprietate ca nu e o parcare mai accesibila aproape sau poate nu am gasit noi ...
Ventilatorul din camera a fost extrem de zgomotos la fel si bazinul de la toaleta cand isi facea umplerea. La camera noastra de la mansarda ne-am lovit des de marginea patului. Aranjarea nu e tocmai buna pentru o camera asa mica.

Very warm, helpful and hospitable staff provided service with a smile and always ready to help.Need to mention Ms Camelia, Elizabeth, Methia, Olga, and Roshan (housekeeping)
Our room suite 201 had the best panoramic view on the central square opposite!!
They made our holiday so enjoyable and stress-free.
Shall recommend Bella Muzica to all our family n friends.
