Pros:

Beautiful old building with a great view of the mountains and white tower and we loved the spa bath.

Cons:

We were really shocked by an aggressive note left for us by staff after we hand washed some clothes and left them out to dry on an elastic line we had wrapped around two beams (the elastic was touching the beams but not attached to or in any way risking damage) in our room and then even further shocked when the previously approachable and friendly concierge became quite icy towards us. It felt very petty, put a real dampener on our stay, and the objection was simply perplexing; we’ve never encountered anything like it in any other accom. Also the unenclosed shower was quite impractical and not very pleasant to use.

Excellent stay. Would recommend to others
Pros:

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The location was ideal for site seeing and plenty of restaurant choices close by. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful in connecting us with a local driver/guide to allow us to experience areas of interest outside of Brosov.

Cons:

No complaints.

Hotel in ottima posizione, pulito, parti comuni eleganti e curate. Personale disponibile.

Cons:

Mancanza di ascensore. Ci è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano in fondo a lunghissimo corridoio. La camera doppia mansardata veramente piccola, non c'era spazio per muoversi, priva di spazio per appoggiare le valigie se si esclude un piccolo e scomodo armadio a muro nella zona più bassa. Mancanza di bollitore per the o bottiglia di acqua.

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Központi helyen, makulátlanul tiszta, szép belső designú hotel. A hotel étterme is kiváló volt.

Fabulous hotel & great location!
Pros:

The location was great! The property is beautiful and the staff great! The room was exceptionally comfortable & spotless! We could not find fault although my mate said he missed not having a kettle with tea & coffee in place.

Cons:

No tea or coffee facilities in the room (but this is a MINOR issue!)

Excellent stay in all areas
Pros:

Hotel was excellant. Buffet breakfast was wonderful with an assortment of meats and cheese, eggs, fruit and breads. Everything was fresh and tasty.
We enjoyed a lunch and dinner during our stay.
Perfect location to enjoy the city
