Pros:

早目に到着したら早目にチェックインさせて頂きました。ベッドが気持ち良かった。水回りが新しくきれいだった。ルームランプがおしゃれ。近所にピアノ教室があり、お昼過ぎの30分位、ピアノの音が少し聞こえた。私は音楽好きなので心地よかった。時計台の鐘がうるさいか気になっていたが、遠くから少し聞こえる程度で夜中は鳴らないので問題無かった。カレル橋まで徒歩5分程度、旧市街地まですぐでロケーション抜群。

Cons:

部屋の窓枠よりカーテンが小さくて窓の端の方は外から見えていた。たまたま新聞を持っていた為、新聞で目隠しした。部屋が少し暑かった。受付の人に確認したい事があり、別のビルの一階の受付まで行ったが誰もいなくてチャットの返信を待つしかなかった。チェックイン、アウトの時はちゃんといた。

prima locatie midden in de stad en toch rustig.

Cons:

ontbijt karig en werden tien minuten na half tien onvriendelijk de deur gewezen. We waren een andere dag vroeg toch waren de eieren etc al op en werd niet aangevuld.
veel trappen naar kamer.
personeel niet echt toeschietelijk of behulpzaam.

Great stay in old town
Pros:

There was a little struggle with check-in because of incomprehensible staff absence, but everything else was great. The room was bigger than I expected and warm. Tasteful furniture, good schower, electronic kettle to make tee and coffee. Location right in the old town. I recommend!

Cons:

The reception was closed and there was no information why and what to do. Solution was found by calling on the phone and asking where are the employees. Everything else was very good.
