Det var fräscht och välstädat på toaletten och i duschen och trevligt med Rituals produkter. Frukosten var god med bra alternativ.
Kuddarna kvar väldigt knöliga. Det var fläckar (intorkade) på golvet och på sänggaveln närmst dörren. Det var även ett större hål i väggen under sängen (rum 114). På frukosten var äggkoppar och glas slarvigt diskade. Kaviar hittades i en ”diskad” äggkopp.
Att det var nyrenoverat och städat. Frukosten var toppen.

Snyggt, känns väldigt nyrenoverat. Skön säng, utmärkt frukost (från 06.00), varmvattenberedare, kaffe och te på rummet, tyst och lugnt. Mitt i stan.
Belysningen på rummet är under all kritik. Dålig allmänbelysning i rummet. Som gäst är man inte primärt intresserad av mysbelysning, man vill se. Det kan man med nöd och näppe om man tänder alla lampor i rummet. Men värre ändå är att det inte finns någon sänglampa. Vill bara upplysa ansvarig om att alla människor inte går och lägger sig med mobilen. Vi är några stycken som läser böcker. Då vill man ha en sänglampa. Då vill man inte behöva resa sig ur sängen för att slå på och av en vägglampa, som för övrigt inte ens har riktat ljus utan sprider ett allmänljus. Uselt verkligen. Det finns en enda anledning att välja bort detta hotell och det är belysningen. Onödigt när allt annat är så bra.
