Lovely hotel, which with a couple of small tweaks would be a fantastic hotel.
Very clean, pool it self wonderful and most staff very helpful.
Just wish it hadn't been the frustrating sunbed dash. The guys around the pool definitely dont enforce the pool rules.

Wir haben mit Halbpension im Hotel eingecheckt. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass die Getränke beim Abendessen kostenlos seien. Trotzdem wurde beim Check-out von uns verlangt, die Getränke beim Abendessen zu bezahlen. Obwohl sie als kostenlos bezeichnet wurden. Das war überhaupt nicht angenehm. Abgesehen von der falschen Information an der Rezeption war alles in Ordnung.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Erwachsenenhotel zum entspannen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hotelstrand ist ein abgegrenzter Bereich eines öffentlichen Strandes. Leider kommen auch andere Strandbesucher mit Kindern in den Strandbereich und es wird schon mal lauter. Der sehr hilfsbereite und herzliche Hotelmitarbeiter Romeo, der jeden Tag bis nachmittags am Strand ist, achtet zwar darauf, dass dies nicht passiert, aber er ist dort alleine mit Liegenservice, Getränkeservice etc. Eine Person kann dies nicht bewältigen. Hier müsste mehr Personal am Strandbereich sein + eine bessere Beschriftung zur Abgrenzung des Strandsbereiches würde hier deutlich helfen.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very nice. The hotel is clean, offers many amenities, the pool is great, and the direct beach location was perfect. We also really liked the comfort and the appearance of the hotel. One small downside was that drinks at dinner were not included and had to be paid separately – for the price we expected otherwise. It was also a bit disappointing that reservations were required for other restaurants. On the positive side, there were plenty of lovely restaurants and bars outside the hotel. All in all, we had a great time and can recommend the hotel.

The pool is unique and amazing

Schöne Zimmer, superfreundliches Personal, sehr sauber, angenehme Restaurants mit sehr guter Essensauswahl, lediglich kleinere Schwierigkeiten mit Zimmerservice und AI-Leistungen. Für uns ein sehr schöner und leider viel zu kurzer Aufenthalt.

The room was a sea view bungalow. One grade below a suite. Not a budget room. The view was good enough but the sink was in the middle of the bedroom! The oddest designed hotel room I ever stayed at. There was no separate bathroom from the bedroom. A small, bare, plastered wall toilet had a door on it. Apart from this there was not a separate bathroom with a door. I didn’t enjoy staying in this room at all. The food was very disappointing. Every meal including the morning omelette was dry. The meat was dry, the vegetables were dry, the yellow melons unripe and the food was unflavoured and uninteresting.

We love our stay. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
Very quiet and beautiful place, the food options were great, we really enjoyed the main restaurant and La Pasteria.

Flotte omgivelser

We stayed in a beach front bungalow with shared pool access for 7 nights all inclusive and had a great time. The room was lovely with everything we needed. We were pleased we had the pool as the main pool was often busy throughout the day. The hotel has lots of facilities and good food choices for lunch and dinner. The bar at the main pool is great for a cocktail in the afternoon and evening. We really enjoyed our time at Port Royal.

Kjempeflott hotell som virkelig levde opp til forventingene. Fine rom med skandinavisk stil, kjempegod mat og drikke, nydelig spaavdeling og fint treningsrom. Man for en følelse av luksus på dette hotellet, og det har en helt spesiell og rolig atmosfære. Direkte tilgang til stranden med gode solsenger, nærhet til butikker og restauranter rett på utsiden av hotellet.

Det er ikke kjempemye å gjøre i området, så passer seg aller mest for mennesker som ønsker avslapning og luksus. Ellers anbefaler jeg å leie bil, mye å finne på kun korte kjøreturer unna :)

5 star all the way

Très bel hotel avec service et localisation parfaits. Sa plage privée est un grand atout. La nourriture en all inclusive est très correcte.
Seul point négatif a été le bruit démesuré des cigales. Les arbres de l’hotel abritent énormément de cigales, ce qui au départ paraissait plutôt amusant mais au bout de quelques jours le bruit est devenu insupportable. Dommage car toute une partie des transats au bord la piscine était affectée par ce bruit et y rester toute l’après midi était impossible.

Eine schöne Anlage macht noch nicht ein wirklich gutes Hotel! Es hilft nicht wenn man in einer wunderschönen Anlage wohnt und sich dort nicht willkommen fühlt, seine Privatsphäre nicht respektiert wird und man mit Briefen ( wegen eigenen Getränken im Zimmerkühlschrank)gegängelt wird! Anstatt ein persönliches Gespräch zu suchen.
Was überhaupt nicht geht ist das rumschnüffeln in persönlichen Dingen !
Generell muss das Personal unbedingt in Sachen Kundenorientiert, Freundlichkeit und Kundenservice geschult werden. Wir haben es noch nie erlebt, dass man so arrogant, unfreundlich behandelt wird. Hinzu zu fügen ist, dieses Hotel steht sehr auf Regeln! Werden aber willkürlich behandelt! Ob das von der Tagesform , Tringeldgabe oder ? abhängt, können wir nicht beurteilen. Am Pool wird man den ganzen Tag mit unerträglicher Musik beschallt, je nach Wind hallt das ganze unerträglich und vermischt sich dann mit anderer Musik vom Restaurant oder Bar! Bei Zuviel Wind werden die Sonnenschirme geschlossen!! Ohne Kommentar, erst auf Nachfragen bekommt man Auskunft oder eine patzige Antwort der Dame die am Pool arbeitet, generell hängt das Personal am Pool den ganzen Tag an ihrem Handy ! Wer für uns ein Lichtblick in der ganzen Zeit war, waren die Damen beim Frühstück, die Einzigen die wirklich freundlich , zugewandt , flott und sehr zuvorkommend ihre Arbeit verrichtet haben. Frühstücks Buffett war sehr abwechslungsreich. Ansonsten unverschämte Preise für Getränke, Snacks, Gerichte!

Loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble.
We had an early flight so arrived before the rooms are normally ready. We were greeted with a refreshing drink and cool flannel. There was no waiting at the desk we just sat and relaxed whilst they sorted everything. We were given a slip with our room number and a link to the hotel app so that we could go and have lunch. They took a phone number so that they could let us know the minute our room was ready. We were then given an orientation trip on a buggy around the resort on the way to our room and our luggage arrived shortly after. A perfect start.
We went all inclusive. The menus on the App reflected this so we could see what was included and what was extra.The food was cooked to perfection in all the restaurants and I liked that we were able to see every dish available in the main restaurant, which was buffet style, on the app so you were able to decide where to eat. They had a few themed nights but I was always able to find something and I am a fussy eater. Don’t know if all inclusive worked out reasonable or not but I like to have everything sorted and no surprises.
The poolside ordering was great. No one constantly bothering you. If you wanted something you clicked on the app and they brought it over. You could even order a nice snack to your sun lounger.
The entertainment was subtle, no big shows. A couple of nice duos. It was pleasant and relaxing.
