Komfortables Hotel an guter Lage, Gehdistanz zu Restaurants, Geschäften, Bis und Hafen. Ruhige Zimmer. Freundlicher Service.

Auf Fensterrichtung achten.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Haus in bester und ruhiger Lage nur ein paar Schritte von den Landungsbrücken. WiFi gut, Dusche stark, Betten nicht zu weich.
Hochwertiges Begrüßungsgetränk.
Eine Empfehlung.
Beim nächsten Besuch würde ich auf's Frühstück verzichten und darauf achten, dass der Balkon wirklich ins Freie geht.

Cons:

Bei der Buchung hatte ich nur auf "Balkon" geachtet.
Wer rechnet schon damit, dass sich dieser über der Bar befindet?

Uns hat es nicht gefallen, dass es kein Frühstücksbuffet gibt. Die angebotenen Varianten machen es nicht jedem recht und es wird einiges weggeworfen. Somit gibt es auch kein frisches Obst und keinen Saft. Der zweite Kaffe musste bezahlt werden. Schade, das trübt den sonst excellenten Eindruck doch sehr.

Great location in stylist small hotel
Pros:

Nice decor and design. Different and stylist without being TOO expensive. In a great location near some of the more traditional smaller streeets. Good breakfast

Cons:

Ironing board hanging on the back of the wardrobe door!!! Door wouldn't stay opn and banged shut. Annoying whilst unpacking

Good location, good room, average service.
Pros:

Room service and communication with staff was poor. Breakfast was great, dinner was terrible. I was woken to loud noises early in the morning (before 6am) which they apologised for and said it was next door and they were not supposed to start before 10am.

Cons:

The music during breakfast was loud and had a strong « lounge », after hours, Friday night vibe. It didn’t feel appropriate and relaxing at breakfast. It was very unpleasant, compared to previous times, when there would be nice jazz music.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Auckland.
Pros:

The art deco themed hotel is beautiful. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. It was very quiet. The breakfast was great with lots of choice and a lovely dining area to sit in.

Cons:

We could have done with a bit more storage.
