Pros:

Je suis arrivée à l’hôtel vendredi 28 août au soir et j’ai été très bien accueillie.
Le réceptionniste a été très professionnel, gentil et attentionné dès mon arrivée.
Son accueil chaleureux m’a vraiment mise à l’aise, surtout en arrivant seule le soir.
Il a été souriant, disponible et très agréable.
Je tenais vraiment à souligner son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse.
Un grand merci pour cet accueil ! 😊
