Doskonaly spokojny hotel w świetnej cenie:)
Pros:

Hotel blisko stoku Zell am See (50m), a jednocześnie doskonała baza wypadowa samochodrem na narty do Kaprun i Saalbach (w ramach jednego skipassu)

Pokój duży, czysty dobrze zorganizowany, widny, z fajnym widokiem.

Świetne śniadania (włącznie ze świeżo wyciskanymi sokami)
Jeszcze ciekawsze kolacje - bardzo smaczne, obfite, choć nieoczywiste dania i relaksująca atmosfera.
Bardzo uprzejma załoga hotelowa. Obsługa restauracji na medal - bardzo pomocna nawet w trudniejszych sytuacjach wykraczających poza ich obowiązki (dziękujemy!!!)

SPA bardzo przyjemne i estetyczne. Świetny pomysł z sokami do picia:)
Fantastyczne miejsce do odpoczynku po nartach!

Nie było takich rzeczy..
Drobne rzeczy które by były ulepszeniem - przydałyby się większe ręczniki w SPA (do rozłożenia na leżankach), a także byłoby miło gdyby z głośników leciała muzyka relaksacyjna.
Przydałoby się także rozszerzyć ofertę SPA o jacuzzi
W pokoju przydałby się mały zestaw do zrobienia herbaty

Pros:

De chef in de keuken zorgde elke avond opnieuw voor topgrechtjes,dagelijks keuze uit 4 menumogelijlheden,ook het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid,het comfort op de kamers was ook zeker ok,net als de andere faciliteiten, zoals het verwarmde lokaal voor skiboots,en het apparte skiruim! Ook voor saunaliefhebbers is dit het ideale hotel! En bovenal viel de prijs enorm mee,kortom,een aanrader!

Cons:

Als we dan toch enige kritiek moeten geven,dan zou ik zeggen dat de 20€/pp,die ze vragen voor een lunchpakket,eerder aan de hoge kant is,maar dit kies je natuurlijk zelf!

Szuper HOTEL
Pros:

Csak jókat tudok mondani erről a hotelről. Ide még biztos, hogy vissza fogok jönni. A hotel nagyon tetszett, jó helyen van, nagyon tiszta. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt. A reggeli bőséges, sok mindenből lehetett választani és finom volt. A vacsora Michelin-csillagos étteremmel felérő volt.

Eten voortreffelijk! Alleen geen bar/recreatieruimte om koffie te drinken of te borrelen.
Pros:

Het eten was voortreffelijk. Nog nooit zo'n heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet gehad. Het avondeten was ook heerlijk. Het drinken is op het moment overal wel vreselijk duur.

Cons:

Er was geen bar of recreatieruimte waar je lekker koffie kunt drinken en borrelen na het skiën. Je moet dan aan de ontbijt/diner tafels zitten. Dit vond ik echt een groot minpunt. Wil je na het diner kaarten, dan zit je dus nog aan je diner tafel. Ik vind dat echt minder gezellig, buiten de maaltijden om.

Für Skifahrer genau das richtige
Pros:

Sehr nah am Skilift, Abendessen sehr gut , sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Zu Fuß echt zu weit zum See , Dusche war mir zu klein , Zimmer war nicht Schallisoliert , Geräusche von draußen war ok , aber innen hört man jeden in den Gängen.

Lage, Größe des Zimmers (Superior Studio), Parkplatz, Einstieg in die Piste

Cons:

Späte Essenszeit (19:30 Uhr), kein Salatbuffet, kleiner Schischuhraum, durchgelegene, weiche Matratze, Servicepersonal könnte professioneller sein, Betten werden im Hotelzimmer nicht jeden Tag gemacht (gesamtes Zimmerservice)

Pros:

Schönes Hotel, schöner Wellness Bereich und top Personal. Sind seit vielen Jahren da und finden es weiterhin empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Das Essen war die letzten Jahre etwas ausgefallener und alles in allem noch besser als dieses Jahr. Trotzdem war es noch sehr lecker.

Uitstekend 4*-hotel met dienstbaar personeel en een ligging op loopafstand van de skilift
Pros:

Het personeel was uitermate dienstbaar en deed zeer zn best om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het ontbijt was compleet en uitstekend, het 3 gangendiner echt super!

Cons:

Badjas en slippers waren te huur. Voor een 4 sterrenhotel met wellness zou dat ook gewoon inclusief kunnen zijn en al op de kamer liggen
