The staff in particular were outstanding. They made you feel at home and so willing to accommodate however they would. The wait staff were all very personable and always watching for your every needs and wants. And the front desk help were sooooo helpful helping us make plans for daily outings if we weren't skiing. We hope to return some day and definitely will recommend Hotel Valentin to our friends and family. Thank you!!

Just a couple of little things in house keeping. ran out of toilet paper. that's about it.

Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mit einem wirklich sehr freundlichem Team. Absolutes Entgegenkommen, trotz Verspätung, das Hotel bietet einen wirklich großartigen Service und jeder ist dort stets bemüht, den Gast zufriedenzustellen. Man wird über alles im Vorfeld aufgeklärt und auch nochmals vor Ort. Es gibt ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten, zusätzlich mit dem Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch kostenfrei. Zusätzlich befindet sich die Gondel für Skifahrer direkt nebenan, auch nach der Talabfahrt, ist eine direkte Anbindung zum Parkhaus und Hotel möglich. Ich kann das Hotel vom Gesamtpaket her nur empfehlen!

Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub!
Pros:

Ein tolles Essen und zuvorkommender Service des Personals, das keine Wünsche offen lies. Dazu ein wunderschönes und sauberes Zimmer. Die Lage des Hotels in direkter Nähe zur Seilbahnstation ist genial.

Cons:

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.

Warm hospitality and a perfect location
Pros:

Location right next to the ski lift and with a hire shop in the basement made this the perfect stay for a weekend of skiing in Solden

The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable, the quality of food is excellent and the staff were all so wonderfully friendly and helpful.

It was my husbands birthday during our stay and they made such an effort to make his day special - decorating our breakfast table, and giving him a cake.
