It is very nice budget hotel run as family business. Very clean and tidy. Located near the airport. Provided efficient pickup service from the airport. I recommend staying at this hotel.
Only the bedding (duvet) wasn’t comfortable enough. It can be replaced at anytime.

The beds were made of rock. The pool was empty. There was no wifi. The fridge was broken. Jenky experience overall.

The couple running the place was very friendly but during our stay there the aircon was broken and it was very warm. We tried asking for a fan but they cannot provide one. I asked them if on the way to the airport they can drop us off at the museum since its on the way there. Apparently they charged us 20 euros going to wine museum another 20 euros to go back to me and another 20 euros to go the airport. I dont understand why he needed to charge me all these trips since the museum is on the way to the airport and did not entail additional fuel. Furthermore i thought that they would at least give the trip to the wine museum complementary since the aircon was broken and we had to sleep in a very hot room.
One of the reasons i chose this hotel was that it was advertised to have air conditioning.. but the aircon was so old and needs replacing

Clean, nice 20 minute walk from fira, cute host. Would have been great to have a pool but the shower was a lovely alternative and spacious.

The Welcome and the Studios were very clean and the owner was
a very happy lady who gave you a good welcome .The room lacked
a kettle and when we arrived there was no plates ,cups and saucers
this was quickly rectified.The room was fit for purpose there was
a small balcony with no view and no where to relax.The room service
was excellent sheets and towels changed on a regular basis.
Overall the room fitted our needs and we had a relaxing break as a
result.

Very kind and nice people! Great hospitality! The room was big enough, rennovated and very clean. The land lady was very keen in assisting me.
the location of the appartment was quiet and in a walking distance from Fira.
Nearby there was a small market area like a mini market, bakery and some restaurants.

Location was great. Karterados is centrally located in the island, so it's easy to get to Oia/Fira or down to Perissa or Kamari if you have a set of wheels. If you rely on bus, you'll have to get to Fira and then take a bus to wherever it is you're going. To Fira, it's about a 20-25 minute walk, and to the main road's bus stop, about a 15 minute walk.

Bedroom was spacious and clean, and had a kitchen sink with some cups to use. Balcony was nice to have but we didn't use it much. Bathroom was so-so but it worked for us. AC was good and wifi was decent. Housekeeping came each day we were there. We stayed in room 10 which is the first one you see when you enter on the main level.

Checking in was a bit problematic at first - there's a sign for the building where the rooms are located, but the "front desk" (owner's house i believe?) is in a different building (not marked) on the corner. You'll have to ask someone around and they'll point it out to you. Once you find it, though, you'll meet Maria and Eva who are both very friendly and helpful. Before I arrived, Eva was very quick to reply to any questions I had via email. You can get breakfast from them for 5 euros/person.

Also, we arrived very early around 830am and since the previous guest was checking out, they let us check in and had the room ready by around 930am so that was very lucky. Request for it if you already know when your flight/ferry timing will be.

Staff was very kind.
Hotel view was nice. You can see sunrising in balcony.
Tourist destination was quitely close.
Breakfast jam was very delicious.

Maria and Stavros are lovely people. From arranging rides to answering questions they make themselves available. The location is quiet though a bit off the way if you don't like walking the 1.5 km into the main town of Thira. There are several restaurants within a few minutes walk in the hood as well as stores open late for snacks and coffee. Fabulous bakery at the main intersection towards town. We were a group of 5 in 3 rooms. Loved our little balconies in a row and the friendly service by all the staff. Clean and basic rooms with mini fridges. Good value

老板人很好，到达的晚上免费去机场接我们。酒店离费拉还是有一点距离的，步行过去大概20多分钟，不过步行5分钟有一个公车站，可以直接坐到黑沙滩，坐到费拉就不合适了，两分钟就到了一样也是1.8欧。最棒的一点莫过于在房间的阳台，就能看到日出。

We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. Coffee in the room would of been nice. Very very nice people. Willing to help in any way.

This hotel was very close to Fira and walkable to the bus stop. It was clean and cozy. The mother who runs the place was very sweet and lent me an umbrella when it rained!

Can't find location, but hotel is kind enough to fetch us from our location, Just for bunking is ok. TV not working thou. Wifi available. Small supermarket avail. Bus stop is walkable distance, if you wan to take a bus to Fira Bus interchange, is just 1 stop away if not 10-15mins walk.

I enjoyed my stay in the quiet peaceful area of Santorini. The service was great, home made breakfast and discounts on excursions. The location is great because its closest to the best two beaches on the island. Will stay there again.

I was very happy with the service we recieved. We had to book at the last moment and we had an email asking for our details of arrival so they could sent someone to pick us up. You do have a bit of a hike to walk to downtown but you are close to a bus stop. Maria invites you into her home for breakfast (€5). Nice way to start the day a home cook breakfast. Then she sent us with homemade cookies when we headed to the beach and the ferry. The whole family is wonderful. The daughters do have a spa so ask about that. For the price of the rooms you are treated wonderfully. Highly recommend.

Like staying at your spouse's aunt's house. Great as a base of operations for a couple of nights. Maria and her daughters were very friendly and helpful with good advice about what to see and how to get around.
