The property is well within reach for town
Need to ask a lot of stuff such as shampoo, extra toiletries
Hot water wasn't working properly
When to check out. I get call on before my time
The breakfast spread could have been better.
The room size was too small. Especially the washroom.
Overall good ambience with well deserved staffs, can be recommended to others (Friends & Families)
Nothing such
Neat, clean, good comfortable rooms with heater...responsive staff.
And have to mention breakfast items. Tasty and value for money.
A little bit on the expensive side when you include the GSTs.
The final bill was quite a bomb.
Staffs were very helpful, hotel was very near to Mall & it was very clean
The hotel does not have any ramp which might be difficult for old people & people having difficulty in using staircase
Staff were friendly, all my queries and requests were met quickly.
Very minor issue but needed to ask for towels and loo paper. This was sorted immediately but expected to be in the room already.
The staff were incredible, some of the friendliest and accommodating people at any hotel I've ever stayed at.
The room didn't really live up to the pictures - it seems like most of the rooms were being renovated and the only remaining rooms were older and in poor condition. Ours had mould in the bathroom and another guest told us she'd had two different rooms that both had mould. The hotel should probably just have closed to renovate all the rooms instead of leaving a few open during renovation.
Like.......location and texi driver Bijoy Pradhan he was very polite and helpful person
Food ...most of the time get cold food and tea during my 4 days stays.
To much expensive
To much expensive compared with an other
The room was small but cozy. Location is great 5mins walk from the mall
Excellent location. This hotel has a lift which is beneficial. Roof top sundeck is excellent to give an open panoramic view of the mountains. Buffet breakfast has a lot of options to choose from, starting from traditional Indian to continental.
I stayed there at Premium attic room, room was very good
Wash room drainage system was improperly functioning. Remote control of the smart T. V was malfunctioning.
Basically it’s closeness from Mall road
No ELEVATOR . Yes lights are out for about 7-8 hrs a day and if you stay in 5th floor the lifts are out of service for that time…Its really COSTLY…we paid 14k for 3 adults in a day with not so good breakfast included. There is no proper light and the property looks old.morover the curtains were dirty and donno why I paid 28000 for 2 days for a single room😤and no parking
Location.
More options in breakfast.
The property is well located and is really value for money. The colonial style of the property and the overall ambience is very good. We particularly liked the wonderful breakfast under the guidance of Mr Arindam Sen, who particularly brought in the special customer connect as the incharge of this department. Personal touch was felt all through our stay and the rooms were very cozy even in such extreme cold.
Nothing in particular.
In a nutshell .... everything
Nothing as such
