Charged for bottled water!
I asked for a quiet room on an upper floor and they gave me the 15th floor, it was SO quiet and so nice! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, they stored my bags safely for free when I needed to. I got a discount for breakfast too. Everything was clean and comfy, would def stay again.
My only complaint would be that the service at breakfast was a little slow, it took a lot longer than it should have (like 30 min) to make my toast and eggs when I opted for a la carte instead of buffet!
Had to book quickly when other accommodation fell through. The staff were understanding and accommodated us so well. And food for breakfast was pretty good as well.
The elevator takes a while

Excellent Room
Breakfast was below par. We attended shortly after 7:00 am. I had the full breakfast. Everything was luke-warm. (Bacon, sausage, mushrooms and potato. Scrambled eggs had a substantial skin on them. My wife had the continental breakfast and there were only two pieces of fruit in the fruit salad bowl. Not quite what I would expect
Not a great deal. The property is tired. The first room we were offered had holes in the carpet!
It really isn’t a very nice hotel. The only redeeming feature is the location.

There is a dangerous sharp edge to the floor tiles on exiting the ensuite shower room which is not visible. Both of us caught our toes , I understand from other guests they had the same problem, this would be illegal in the UK. The dining room was like a canteen no ambience , the staff indifferent and the food dire .
