A Friendly Stay
Pros:

The staff service

Cons:

The cooling blew directly onto the bed with no option of adjustment. The room was quite warm overnight because the aircon breeze was not wanted to be blowing directly onto the bed

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Great location - easy parking in car park 2 minutes walk along the road - quick check in - friendly staff . Very clean room . Great choice of restaurants opposite in Regents street and right by 1 st tram stop for city tour

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t very exciting
Only 2 lifts - so had to wait sometimes
Very transient hotel - lots of airline crew checking in / out daily

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and every comfort afforded.
Pros:

Lovely to have a such a large room. The bathroom was fabulous.

Cons:

Difficult to charge one's phone if you don't have a large USB charge lead. No options for the thin ones... especially if you're from abroad and don't have a local plug and only a large multi travel adaptor.

comfortable and tidy with good food options
Pros:

The room was compact and fine for an overnight stay, the breakfast and Dinner were very nice and the location was very central with transport and meal options nearby.

Cons:

The top surfaces have not been cleaned for a long time, above doors mirrors, TV etc were quite heavy with dust. The irons power cord was dubious and probably should be replaced.

Room was comfortable and location was good but disappointed about what boils down to theft.
Pros:

Location was good for staying in the CBD of Christchurch, room was clean.

Cons:

Staff weren't that informative about what to do in Christchurch.
Also I wouldn't recommend using the Valet parking. I did leave my phone charger connected in the car for the next day and when we got the car back it was missing. Just saying ........

Disappointing because of the Shower.
Pros:

Location good Staff and Room good except fot the shower.

Cons:

The shower is very DANGEROUS to use for OLDER People. So we will not be back.
