The room was clean and quite central.
Extremely expensive for what it was- tiny room, basic facilities.
Check in and out
Carpet was lifting and king bed was too close to part of the wall that stuck out, about 8 inches between wall and bed at bottom corner. Hard for night time visits to bathroom.
They wanted to charge $40 for parking when you can park at a lot on the same block for $10. The hotel is surrounded by parking lots.
Location was amazing. Couldn’t have been more convenient to restaurants and especially the tram car hop on off service
The room was comfy but very tight on room. Although we ran the aircon it was still quite hot
Reception staff were incredibly helpful in my hour of need
Nothing everything perfect
Facilities outdated, staff generally clueless about simple requests. Second lift kept breaking for a 22 story building forcing guests to either wait 15 minutes or use the stairs. Asking for your car from the valet could take up to 30 minutes. Not good for anyone in a rush. Toilet seemed uniquely designed to have all your shit land on a shelf that you could then not clean because there was no toilet brush, leaving the bathroom stinking.
