Pros:

Nice room, bath towels very nice. Bar in lobby nice. Great location.

Cons:

Bed sheets were small (twin single room) and came untucked. Roof creaked when windy. Gym too small with too little equipment to be actually used.

Disappointed that Sauna was out of order

Great location.
Pros:

Great location, comfy beds and pillows.

Cons:

The rooms that had the king size beds in them were very small (in comparison to the those with queen beds). A toaster would have been nice. Lifts were slow.

Only 1 lift working when there is a whole bus load of tourists plus their suitcases trying to get to their room - queue was huge.

Recommend, Airport bus ($4) right around the corner. Very close is the OGB bar, cosy and good food.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, happy hour 4-6pm, comfortable bed, very clean, walking distance to everything and right on the tourist tram stop and Regent street eats.

Cons:

The restaurant a little underwhelming!
