Tsentralny by Usta Hotels

This hotel has a good location from where it´s easy to walk to the city´s main tourist attractions. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The only problem remains with the hot water. This was my second time at this hotel and both times there have been problems. Sometimes hoter water takes time ( a long time!) to come out and other times it simply doesn´t. The management explained that this is due to the fact that the building is old. This is an issue that needs to be solved even if it requires a major investment.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal nett und bemüht . Aber das Zimmer stinkig und Mega schlicht. Es reicht nicht für 3 Sterne.

Anithing is large in this historic hotel , located in magnificent position , from rooms , bathrooms common areas , dinners spaces and so...Very friendly management available for any traveler needs and excellent breakfast buffet in order to start the day in good manner.!!

The location is perfect and the decoration inside is great. The receptionists are very nice too. The room view was not great but it was very comfortable. I stayed there for two nights during the world cup and I liked it.

В основном понравилось. И расположение отеля, и доброжелательное обслуживание в нём, чистота и т.д. Только, вот, вода из крана утром сначала полилась с каким-то странным запахом. Видимо, застоялась.

This is an unassuming hotel that offers good value. It´s inexpensive and better than many Russian hotels with pretensions. My room was quiet and comfortable. There was an issue with the hot wáter the first night I arrived. Afterwards it seemed to work well though at times took a while. The location is perfect.

Although the hotel and rooms are looking a little tired it dose ooze character. Our bed was a bit too soft as well.

Having said that the breakfast was a good experience as they have the buffet in their Savoy restaurant which is nicely decorated in keeping with the building.

Clean rooms. Nice and polite stuff. Hotel near business center. But pour Breakfast . Jogurt in 50 gram Glass, chees citer in Amal peaches, few pieces of salami ...
But you could order Jan and eggs. Thanks god.

Loved our 3 nights here in a warn, cosy and simple room. We had an extra lounging area between bedroom and bathroom which was great to store all our stuff and relax in. Duvet on bed was a little skimpy, but as the room was so warm we didn't freeze! Fridge in lounge area, decent bathroom. Loved the grandeour of the staircase and dining room, and especially loved the historical photos on the walls. Decent breakfast included, but the loud blaring TVs could be quieter, or just not there. Little bar near reception, nothing fancy, but you can get a drink!
We walked everywhere the whole time here, everything is so easy to get too, all the tourist sights and some fabulous places to eat.
Short cab ride from train station. Great city to visit and staying here met our needs perfectly. Recommend.

A 1000Rb taxi ride from the airport takes you right to the front of the hotel. Reception and the dining areas are from the 40's or 50's and add to the appeal of the property. The rooms are modern and each corridor can only be accessed by using the room card. The rooms are very spacious with bath and shower room separated from the bed by a large desk with a TV providing 3 channels (all news) in English. The breakfast was buffet with a good selection of meats and cheeses (as well as chicken wings!) complimented by fruit juices and tea/coffee. Overall a bargain for the prices.

It's a historic hotel, but wonderfully charming. The grand staircase and entrance are beautiful, and the room (while not ultra modern) was perfect. It was spotlessly clean, had powerful AC and strong WIFI, and was much bigger than I expected. The shower even had great water pressure.

My room faced the back and I never heard any noise either from outside or other guest rooms.

The location is the best in the city. It's a nice area and easy to walk everywhere.

My favorite part was the staff. Everyone I dealt with was outstanding. They always had genuine smiles and friendly greetings, showed great patience with my many questions, and went out of their way to arrange a special excursion for me. I always felt welcome and I looked forward to saying hello each time I passed the front desk.

Everything about the stay was perfect. Even the breakfast was excellent.

I would absolutely return to Tsentralny and recommend it to others as well.

This is an excellent hotel, close to all action. Reasonable price, clean rooms and hotel stuff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Vistosky Business Center Lookout is right across the street, so can experience the city from the 53rd floor observation deck.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable although the double beds are on the small side. The breakfast was very good and there is an adequate bar in the reception area. When we were stayed at the hotel there was a wedding reception being held at the hotel, it took up most of the reception area and the bar and was a very friendly affair, excellent for people watching.

a quaint hotel with very helpful desk, room are a bit small but very clean with very good mattress, good location in the center, but in the restaurant the food is very uninspire, in a room without any window, very impersonal.
we had a room backward so it was quiet.
try to eat somewhere else.
