Pros:

disappointing
Pros:

Nice location, workers were quite nice and friendly

when we tell them the problems, they were very apologetic and understanding.

Cons:

It was a total fiasco unfortunately. The bathroom flush broke down, the AC was not working and even though it’s winter, the room was veey hot. Opening windows are not an option since it’s in front of a very loud street with fast cars 24/7
the shower was also bery dirty, there were long hairs in it.
walls were completely ruined, very rundown. A paint would be definitely help with at least the feeling of the room.

Overall it was very disappointing, as opposed to the positive comments on here.

Excelente ubicación y calidad/precio.
Pros:

Relación calidad-precio excelente. Imagino que porque era temporada baja pero la habitación muy bien y el desayuno incluido también excelente. Me quedé en otro hotel en Ankara y puedo decir que en éste el nivel de inglés de los trabajadores era muy superior.

Cons:

Por el precio que pagué no debería poner peros pero la insonorización entre los dormitorios era escasa, incluso cuando usaban el servicio las otras habitaciones.

good for a short stay
Pros:

What I liked the most was the breakfast, it was miscellaneous, different variety of choices. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by. The hotel has their parking lots downstairs.

Cons:

The surrounding can get noisy during nights.

Мне очень понравилось моё пребывание в гостинице «Асал». Гостиница занимает целое здание в моём любимом районе Анкары, Улусе. Остановка автобуса из аэропорта и руины бань Древнего Мира - в 1 минуте ходьбы. 2 супермаркета рядом, базар Улуса в 10 минутах ходьбы, многие остальные достопримечательности также в пешей доступности. Гостиница очень уютная, места общего пользования очень классные и уютные, я даже полдня провёл в холле в ожидании ночного рейса, прямо как в бизнес-зале))) Персонал гостиницы, начиная от менеджера и ресепшн и заканчивая специалистами по уборке и завтракам - все были очень вежливыми, а общение было ненавязчивым. Номер был ИДЕАЛЬНО чистым и больших размеров. Вид из номера был на одну из основных улиц и замок Анкары. Кровать была очень удобной, как и подушки с одеялом. Помимо кровати в номере был интернет, телевизор, рабочий стол, небольшой обеденный стол, шкаф, тумбочки, полностью оборудованная ванная с туалетными принадлежностями и чайник с кофе/чаем, а также питьевая вода. Отопление зимой хорошее. Вишенкой на торте стал потрясающий завтрак в формате «шведский стол», который был вкусным, сытным и разнообразным. Также цена, которую я заплатил, была одной из самых лучших среди хороших гостиниц Анкары. А ещё у отеля официально 3 звёзды, подтверждённых министерством туризма Турции. Из удобств, которыми я не пользовался - услуга заказа еды в номер и подземная парковка. Кстати, в отеле есть номера для некурящих и у меня был как раз такой номер - запаха сигарет не было вообще (впервые в Турции).

Cons:

Интернет в номере иногда работал нестабильно, шумоизоляция со стороны улицы и коридора отсутствовала (необходимы беруши), а по телевизору не было каналов на английском или русском.
