Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment très sympathique. Le Monsieur a été très gentil et nous a donné quelques conseils pour visiter la région.

Cons:

Le parking. Dans l’annonce, il est indiqué qu’il est privé et payant (sur réservation).
Il n’y a que 5 places et quand elles sont toutes prises, on nous dit qu’on peut se garer à l’entrée du parking sur un trottoir juste à côté de la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel (risques d’accrochage), c’est dommage que ce ne soit pas limité aux 5 places qui sont réellement sécurisées dans la petite cour.

Don't go if in wheelchair
Pros:

On the plus side hotel clean and tidy , staff very professional and friendly but no staff working in evening.
15 minute walk from Tower.

Cons:

Don't go in a wheelchair.

Hotel not accessible to Wheelchair as there are 2 big steps down from the road. Luckily my mother just about managed it with support.
Could not get her in tiny lift with Wheelchair so she had to stand.
Just wish they would have advertised this as would not have booked.
Parking is a tight squeeze so another thing to be aware of.

Dejligt, men lidt ældre hotel og adligevel i gå afstand til det skævetårn
Pros:

Aircon var perfekt også selvom der var 37-39c udenfor konstant, p pladsen var videoovervåget og giver tryghed når der meldes om så mange indbrud i bilerne i Pisa bymidte

Cons:

Badeværelset var ikke særligt rengjort- der var tydelige tegn på sæberester under håndvasken og bag toilettet og brugseren kunne ikke sættes ordentligt fast så den skulle håndholdtes under hvert bad..

Justo pera echar una noche y conocer la ciudad.
Pros:

La ubicación. Ibamos con coche de qlquiler y esta fuera de la zona restringida al trafico por emisiones y esta a 10 minutos andando del centro.

Cons:

Ningun servicio. No había personal para gestionar nada. Se iban a las 14h y hasta las 7:30 no volvían. Teníamos que sacar el coche a las 5 para ir al aeropuerto y nos preocupaba no poder salir porque había uno mal puesto.

Pros:

We stayed here as a family and booked two rooms. We arrived on a Sunday evening and found the hotel with no trouble at all. Even though it was late and there was no one at the reception, the hotel had provided us with an access code in advance, and our keys were waiting for us at the desk. This was incredibly convenient and welcoming after a long journey!
The rooms were spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed: fresh linens, towels, and stable Wi-Fi.
The next morning, we were rushing to catch a ferry and left early, before the staff arrived. We simply left the keys at the reception desk, and a bit later, we received a lovely message from the hotel wishing us a safe journey. Such friendliness and care really mean a lot!
Location: It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to walk straight to the Leaning Tower. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the way, and surprisingly, everything was open and working despite it being a Sunday evening.
The hotel left us with very warm and pleasant impressions. Highly recommended!

La ubicación y el detalle que tuvieron de dejarnos el buffet abierto para poder desayunar muy temprano ya que teníamos el vuelo a primera hora.
