Cons:

On booking I made an error. I booked two rooms for 1 night as opposed to one room for two nights. The staff on reception would not change the booking and I had to pay for an additional night. They were very unhelpful. They also charged for the water left in the room which was the only hotel to do this on our tour of Northern Italy. I stay in a lot of hotels in the UK and Europe and i have to say i have never been treated in this way. Do not use this hotel.

L'hôtel est bien placé pour aller visiter les monuments de Pise à pied

Cons:

Le confort est vraiment basique par rapport au prix payé, il n'y a pas de personnel sauf lors du départ le matin pour encaisser le parking qui ne vaut pas non plus le tarif demandé (parking non sécurisé en accès direct depuis la rue). Je me demande comment cet hôtel a obtenu 3 étoiles.

Pros:

Sehr unkomplizierter Check-In und die Lage ist traumhaft. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den schiefen Turm. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern ausgestattet und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Lage gut, zum Pennen reicht es, Frühstück nicht bestellen.
Pros:

Lage war sehr zentral.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eine Frechheit und nicht als solches zu bezeichnen. Kaffeemaschine und Toaster waren vorhanden sonst nur Convenience Food. Kein Brot kein Käse keine Wurst.

Pros:

L’hotel è vicino al centro e dispone di un comodo parcheggio privato. Il personale dell’hotel è molto gentile.

Cons:

Suggerisco qualche sistemazione nelle stanze: la nostra porta del bagno, ad esempio, non si chiudeva bene. Aggiungerei un piccolo frigo per tenere l’acqua fresca
