Struttura in buona posizione, personale gentile e disponibile. Da migliorare i servizii
Pros:

La posizione, la disponibilità nel fornire informazioni prima e durante il soggiorno.

Cons:

In primis la pulizia delle camere, non sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, le finestre non avevano la zanzariera quindi tenendole aperte la camera si è riempita di zanzare. Il phon non era funzionante andando sempre in standby.

This property is more like a prison not a hotel with 3 stars. How is it possible it has 3 stars without staff ?

Cons:

No person at reception at 1830. You need a phone to call someone to let you in the hotel then try give you a pin door code. No staff there. Lift could not let me out on level 2. Carry my own bags I fell on the stairs and cut my arm. Extra Bunk beds in my room which was ugly & in our way.

Posizione ottima: tranquilla, subito fuori dal centro ma comodissima per girare a piedi.

Cons:

Non è la prima volta che vado in un hotel senza personale di check-in e con gestione interamente da remoto, ma all'estero ti rispondono subito se li contatti, qui no. A parte questo, la camera era piccola e soprattutto priva di punti di appoggio: in bagno non c'era neanche uno sgabellino per appoggiare un beauty e noi eravamo in 4... Non abbiamo trovato neanche un bicchiere, anche di plastica usa e getta, per riporre gli spazzolini, non una mensolina per i prodotti da bagno nella doccia. E ovviamente anche appendere gli asciugamani è stato un problema. Arredamento e bagno veramente datati (la scaletta del letto a castello era rotta e hanno infilato tra il letto a castello e il matrimoniale una scaletta che però fungeva anche da comodino, dato che non c'era il comodino). La colazione molto scarna e di basso livello (3/4 prodotti confezionati). Parcheggio a pagamento in struttura minuscolo e con potenziali problemi a entrare e uscire se arrivate al momento sbagliato. Insomma, per una notte te lo fai andare bene, già due diventano un problema.

Gospa na recepciji sploh ni bila prijazna. Zajtrk zelo skop. Zaracunavajo zelo drago parkirnino, ki jo skozi oglas spretno skrivajo. Soba in oprema ni udobna. Vrata apartmaja niso izolirana, rako da se vse iz hodnika slisi. Predvsem je to motece ponoci.Skratka odsvetujem to izbiro.

Great location and friendly staff but very basic comfort and poor breakfast

Great location, very close to everything within walking distance. Overall clean building with security code at entrance. The staff is very friendly. Air conditioning and free Wifi work very well. Good for a short stay jn Pisa.

Cons:

Everything is a bit outdated and old, especially the bathroom. No fridge, no kettle, etc. The soundproof is terrible and you can hear everything. Kids screaming, running and jumping in the rooms upstairs. On my last night (despite wearing earplugs!!!) I was woken up at 5.45 by someone slamming the doors every 30 seconds during an hour. The breakfast is poor and I would recommend eating outside instead. Very few options, just cheap industrial bread. No salty options, no eggs, just highly-processed sugary industrial products.
