L’emplacement est parfait ! Juste à côté de la veille ville.

Rauhallinen ja ystävällinen hotelli erinomaisella paikalla!

Hotelli on erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja auttavaista, aidosti kiinnostunut asiakkaasta. Sijainti on keskeinen ja helposti saavutettava, mutta silti hotellissa on rauhallista ja hiljaista. Huoneemme oli sisäpihalle päin, mutta kaiken kaikkiaan hotellin sijainti on pienen kadun varrella, jossa ei ole nopeaa ja runsasta liikennettä. Rakennus on historiallinen, mikä on viehättävää, eikä modernisoinnissa ole tehty ylilyöntejä.

Cons:

Pidin kaikesta, myös aamupala oli hyvä ja riittävä. Aamiaishuone on hieman pieni, joten ehkä aamiaisen porrastusta talviaikaan voisi kokeilla. Kesällä sisäpihalle mahtuu hyvin syömään. Teevalikoimaa voisi laajentaa. Tyynyjä voisi olla erilaisia, sillä olisin kaivannut litteämpää tyynyä. Yksi kaappi lisää vaateille ja jonkinlainen hylly myös kylppäriin ja suihkuun!

Wir hatten 2 Nächte mit 2 DZ gebucht, leider hatten wir vom 1. bis zum letzten Tag kaltes Wasser im Badezimmer. Es gibt keine Ablage oder Schrank für die Kleidung, auch das Fernsehgerät hatte die ganzen Tage einen Netzwerk Fehler und war nicht in Betrieb zu nehmen. Das 4 Sterne Hotel ( !!!) hat nur Treppen die nach oben steiler werden, kein Aufzug! ( sollte man wissen) - ,
Wir haben das kalte Wasser und den Fernseher sofort mehrfach an der Rezeption reklamiert.- auch Gäste beim Frühstück sagten dass das Wasser kalt ist.
Leider hat das Hotel Management auf unsere Reklamation damit reagiert, dass behauptet wurde- dass die reklamierten Dinge innerhalb 1 Stunde behoben wurden , was nicht stimmte 😡das finden wir ganz
schön dreist für ein 4 Sterne Hotel! die Aussagen seiner Gästen in Frage zu stellen.

Привітна дівчина на рецепції.
Оригінальний номер на мансарді дуже старого будинку. Екзотично

Cons:

Мені дістався номер в мансарді на 4 поверсі історичного будинку.
Підніматися туди треба дуже вузькими сходами, що незручно з валізою і неможливо, якщо у вас є проблеми зі здоровʼям або з вами мала дитина.
Низька стеля в ванній не дозволила прийняти душ стоячи.
Якщо у вас фізичні обмеження чи великі валізи не погоджуйтеся на цей номер.

Schöner zentraler Altbau, jedoch verbesserungswürdig.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, ausgezeichnete Lage.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist für Personen unter 160cm ausgelegt.

Posizione ottima, tutto funzionale e utile, personale gentile e camera pulita e accogliente.

Cons:

La tv non funzionava del tutto, Netflix e Prime Video non andavano, pur accedendo con l’account. Inoltre, all’interno della stanza mancava una poltrona o uno spazio per appoggiare i vestiti.

Pobyt v tomto hoteli sa nám veľmi páčil. Hotel dýcha históriou. Poloha je úplne super. Blízko centra, divadla ABC, dobrej cukrárni...
Raňajky boli veľmi fajn.
Personál bol veľmi milí a nápomocný.

Cons:

Nám to nevadilo ale v hoteli nie je výťah, takže sme na 4. poschodie šlapotali peši :)
