Ok stay in the cebter of Visby.
Pros:

Very good location in the absolute center of Visby. The breakfast is excellent, varied and lots of fresh options.

Cons:

We slept with two beds that were not attached so they kept coming apart in the middle. The beds are also very soft. The Relax area is ok but tired and needs refreshing. The dip pool is ok but the water is quite cold.
The gym and the path to the gym needs refreshing - it is functional but lacks a modern touch. The hotel feels like 70:ies or 80:ies and is in need of a renovation.

Great location, great staff great hotel
Pros:

It is in a super location, just inside the town walls near the sea front. It is beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was magnificent. Parking available. Would definitely stay again.

Inredning och atmosfär mysigt, rum ok, spa, dåligt då det var kallt vatten och bastu. Frukost ok.
Pros:

Frukosten var ok, men det fattades en del när vi kom som var slut, tex paprikan, tomaten. Det var lite opraktiskt att hälla shottarna för flaskan var satt i is som smalt och det blev vatten överallt.

Cons:

Det var fint lovat bad innan vi kom men när vi var där var det kallt både i bastun och i vattnet så man ville inte bada. Det borde stått på sidan innan man bokade. Och vi hade inget kort med till badet så jag och min dotter kom inte ut då man var tvingen att ha kortet. Som tur var fanns det en kille som hade kort som hjälpte oss.

Sweet hotel in Visby with excellent breakfast buffet
Pros:

Very sweet hotel in the middle of Visby. Surprisingly large complex. Spa was lovely though the pool is quite small. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious and we appreciated the local offerings. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet throughout.

Cons:

We were in a Family Room which was very large but a bit worn. Would have really appreciated a small refrigerator in the room.

Pros:

Under påsken var detta hotell mysigt och hemtrevligt. Den gamla byggnaden med sina djupa fönsternischer gör att allt känns ombonat och familjärt. Heltäckande mattor och lite svängda korridorer gör att det är lugnt och tyst i korridorer, rum och restaurang. Fint städade och utrustade rum. Rofyllt bibliotek med böcker längs alla väggar. Varierad och välskött frukostbuffé med något för alla. Underbart läge intill vattnet vid Almedalen. Man hör vågornas brus på gatan. Det är nära till museet och botaniska och promenadavstånd till Stora torget och Adelsgatan. Bra att kunna parkera till rimligt pris utanför muren vid Kruttornet.

Cons:

Det finns inget att inte tycka om men sängen var i mjukaste laget för mig och bassängen i relaxen var nog roligast för barnen.
