Lindo hotel, bien conectado, con un personal muy servicial.
Pros:

Este hotel se encuentra frente a la estacion Guangzhou East Railway Station, lo que brinda buena conexion. Traslado gratuito durante la Canton Fair. Desayuno occidental algo limitado pero esta bien. Los masajes son muy buenos. La atencion del front desk es muy adecuada. Fueron siempre muy gentiles y educados en general en todo.

Cons:

Pasillos muy ruidosos, con gente hablando fuerte a cualquier hora. Tambien la primer noche se pusieron a trabajar en un muro afuera de mi habitacion a las 18hs , cuando uno trata de acomodarse al brutal jetlag.

Pros:

Hotel liegt fußläufig an der Guangzhou East Railway Station. Das eher dunkle Zimmer (zwar 20. Stockwerk, doch noch höhere Nachbarhäuser) wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch alles funktioniert. Beim Frühstück ist man als Westler zwar eher Exot, aber auch für unseren Geschmack gibt es ein genügend reichliches Angebot.

Cons:

Hat alles gepasst, eher unpersönliche Atmosphäre eines großen Hotels.

It was good but average
Pros:

Location was good. Opposite The Guangzhou East Railway Station. It is also near the metro which allowed me direct travel to Airport North Terminal 2 on line 3. Price 7 RMB.

Linda Huang is the Consumer Officer and did a great job.

Cons:

The Concierge could have been better. Their knowledge of of the local area and how to get to places was average.

Был в этом отеле уже не первый раз, поэтому могу сказать, что отель постепенно деградирует. Персонал бестолковый, постоянно ошибается, номера изнашиваются, сервис на завтраке так себе и еда все хуже и хуже.
Хотя была бесплатная отмена бронирования до 12 апреля, уже 8 числа отель списал сумму за проживание, что было очень неприятной неожиданностью.
