Only two things:
-Location next to East China station.
-staff trained well.

Cons:

All thing’s specially the furniture very very very very very old and in very very bad condition. The bathroom need more maintenance, the head shower must be change.. disgusting.

Очень близко к вокзалу (гугл показывает путь не совсем правильно, на самом деле вход рядом с отелем), просторный номер, хороший завтрак, есть омлет. На ресепшене можно поменять доллары, очень удобно.
