The room could have had the basic amenities working.
Pros:

The staff was a great help while checking in. The bathroom was clean and tidy.

Cons:

the room light switch was broken and working at all so only had the bathroom light to use. The ac was on max setting with no way of turn off when the outside temperature was already cold. There was no way to control the temperature either. In result ended up leaving a few hours after checking in could not stay comfortably

Pros:

The hotel offers very good value for money. We stayed there for nine nights and used it as a base for all our excursions by car. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day. The carpet could use replacement at some point. The breakfast is especially great, with a different warm option available each day. Because we stayed for so many nights, the hotel kindly offered us—upon request—an upgraded room that was not directly next to the street.

Pros:

I like the hotel

Cons:

I was told by reception not all you ask for is honor, since i asked for the rooms to be close together. Second i was put in a already occupied room, thats a big no,no for me. Last i booked a king size bed and i was last after everything put in a 2 bed room 😕. Very disappointed last time i was there i had bad stay decided to give it a second chance and i don't think i will stay again.

A good choice for our purpose in the place.

Excellent hot breakfast each morning. Hot breakfast chef was nice. Comfort Suites location was a good choice because the aunts we're visiting live close by. Staff were respectful and attentive. Cleaning ladies and maintenance technician were all prompt and respectful. Price is ok. Fellow guests were cordial,

Cons:

Room temperature couldn't be changed to our desired coolness. Room temp was nailed at 77; if we set the thermostat, temp always went back to 77 degrees. Not much explanation was provided by front desk lady regarding wi-fi connection, until I went down to ask personally; The phone connection to front desk was absent. Phone not working at all. It took the second evening for the phone to work. the machine dispenser for plain water and juices of choice was not working.

Pros:

I really liked the location—very convenient to everything I needed. The hotel isn’t very big, but it has everything you need for a decent stay. It’s cozy, yet the room was surprisingly spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean.

There was plenty of parking available, and best of all, it was free. Breakfast was decent, offering scrambled eggs, sausage, potato wedges, bagels, English muffins, and freshly brewed coffee.

The cleaning crew was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy. One thing I especially appreciated was the security—after 11 pm, entry is only possible with a keycard, and everything was securely locked. This made me feel safe, whether traveling alone or with kids.

Cons:

The carpet could benefit from a deep cleaning, as there was a noticeable large stain right by the door, which didn’t make the best first impression. I’m not sure if there’s a nearby club or event venue, but the loud music playing until 3 a.m. made it difficult for me to sleep.
