It was very close to Arkadia Mall. Breakfast.

Cons:

In the room amenities, it has "washing machine". Their is no washing machine in the room. It was on the bottom floor of the apartment/hotel. It was very expensive to wash two loads of clothes. You can only use the pods they give you, and the pods were very expensive.

Ik ben de afgelopen jaren tientallen keren in het Portal del Rodeo verbleven, maar helaas moet ik zeggen dat het hotel steeds meer verouderd raakt. De airconditioning draait op volle toeren om maar een beetje verkoeling te bieden, lampen zijn kapot en er is enorm veel lawaai van het verkeer, vrachtwagens, bussen, getoeter en het geroep van straat verkopers... en dat alles in combinatie met verouderde, dunne aluminium ramen met enkel glas. Het hotel heeft dringend een complete en grondige renovatie nodig om het weer aan een redelijk moderne standaard te laten voldoen. Tot die tijd zullen we waarschijnlijk een ander hotel moeten zoeken.

El desayuno es simplemente espectacular, muy completo y nutritivo.

Cons:

En mi experiencia personal sólo fui desafortunado de que me tocó una habitación con uno de los inodoros con fuga y en algunos momentos de la noche se llenaba nuevamente y hacía algo de ruido.

Es recomendable por su ubicacion y zona q es segura.
Pros:

El desayuno es bueno, pero puede mejorar alternando mas variedad en sus platos para no hacerlo muy repetitivo todos los dias. Ya que tiende aburrir si pasas mas de dos semanas en hotel.
Una sugerencia positiva, podrian hacer un desayuno tipico de cada region de Colombiaa, asi el huesped podria conocer y apreciar mas de sus costumbres culinarias.
La habitaciones son amplias y equipadas, pero sus muebles y utensilios de cocina son bastante viejos y obsoletos.
Deberian invertir en neveras mas nuevas y muebleria.

Cons:

Una de las cosas que no me agrado para nada fue el motor del aire acondicionado dentro del apartamento hacia demasiado ruido internamente y no te dejaba descansar bien y en la habitacion corria un sonido atormentante de agua que corria en la tuveria del mismo aire acondicionado q lo tuvimos q apagar para dormir. !!
Otra cosa muy importante q no me gusto en la habitacion donde estuve fue el duchador tenia problemas no regulaba las temperaturas del agua, habia momentos q te quemabas y derrepente se hacia fria, era desagradable pelear con las temperaturas. Deben de hacer mantenimiento mas seguido.

Would stay there again .
Pros:

The location , room was full equipt . I like that i had a fridge and a stove , good airconditioning.

Cons:

Bathroom to small ,BAD internet connection, and there were small cockeroaches in the bathroom and bedroom .
And we couldn't talk or laugh at night with the windows open because you get complains from nextdoor neighbor .
