Pros:

Struttura molto moderna, camere spaziose e pulite.
Ristorante per pranzi e cene alla carta molto buono!

Cons:

La struttura è composta da diversi blocchi staccati l'uno dall'altro, quindi la reception dove fai colazione e c'è il ristornate è staccata dalla camere, questo ti obbliga a doverti vestire molto (date le temperature artiche) per andare a fare colazione, stessa cosa per la spa, sei costretto a vestirti e portarti dietro il cambio per cambiarti negli spogliatoi dentro la spa .. abbastanza scomodo.
Colazione abbastanza buona, nulla di speciale.
Staff gentile ma essendo un 4 stelle mi aspettavo più disponibilità, per esempio le camere come detto sopra sono lontane dalla reception, e non ti aiutano minimamente a portare le valige in camera, risultato ti devi fare 5-6 minuti a piedi sotto la neve e al freddo per portarti tutte le valige... inoltre l'ultimo giorno ho chiesto alla receptionist se potesse chiamarmi un taxi per l'aeroporto e mi ha indicato il telefono dicendomi di fare da sola... per un 4 stelle su questo aspetto mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.

Geweldige faciliteiten
Pros:

Er is hier veel ruimte, een heel goed restaurant en een geweldig ontbijt. Veel activiteiten kunnen gedaan worden vanuit camp ripan. Daarnaast kun je ook gebruik maken (tegen betaling) van de sauna, kun je extra warme kleren huren of gratis gebruik maken van de slee. Kortom, er zijn hier heel veel faciliteiten wat het verblijf comfortabel maakt. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Je kunt ook korte wandelingen maken vanuit camp ripan en vanuit daar het noorderlicht zien.

Cons:

Onze cabin voelde enigszins verouderd aan, maar alles werkte en was alsnog heel comfortabel.

Perfeita!
Pros:

Localização perfeita com auroras boreais a ser vistas da varanda. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Espaço comum muito confortável, com acesso a chocolate quente, café e chá gratuito. SPA que pode utilizar pagando. Pavimento da casa de banho aquecido - o que é muito confortável naquele clima. Espaço comum perfeito para fazer refeições em família.

Great city stay for Aurora

La ubicación y la atención del personal fue genial, las cabañas están muy limpias y tienen unas vistas espectaculares.

Struttura completa di tutto a Kiruna
Pros:

Struttura dotata di tutti i comfort, personale gentile e preparato. Spa molto interessante anche se non troppo grande, ristorante buono e la camera è veramente attrezzata di tutto. Per soggiornare a Kiruna penso sia la scelta migliore.

Potser podrien netejar les habitacions sense que ho hagis de demanar explícitament.
Què no ens varen donar massa informació de les possibilitats de desplaçament dins de la ciutat sense necessitat de demanar un taxi o sobre les possibilitats de visitar la mina de ferro
