Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean, had everything needed.

Cons:

Bathroom was right outside room, so some noise from doors opening/closing and voices carrying when talking in hallway - nothing particularly bothersome though.

Clean, comfortable and central accommodation, highly recommend.
Pros:

Very central, easy walk into Christchurch. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Large clean kitchen to make use of. Shared bathroom always kept clean too.

Cons:

We weren’t allowed to have our infant on a blow up mattress with us as an extra person.

Great location, good staff but unfortunately terrible internal acoustics with the heavy slamming doors.

Very noisy slamming doors on the bedroom floor. Disturbing for sleep especially if other guests are inconsiderate in how they slam the door even more!

Table in my room appeared not to be cleaned very well on arrival however the other surrounds appeared clean. Bed nice, warm and comfortable with good provision made there. One bathroom/toilet combined appeared not to get cleaned for 2 days and was smelly. The other bathroom/toilet not that far away appeared well maintained and odour free.
