We've stayed there before and enjoyed it but this time was different.
Pros:

The air conditioning worked well and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We didn't get clean towels until the third day of our stay. Trash was overflowing and no batteries in remote control. Which we did ask for and got a day later.
